Presumably Geliebte and Caderyn enter the Inn and tell everyone what Syrgan said.

Lillian hears Caderyn's words, and stands up and gives him a bit of bread and one of the concoctions she'd made. "Eat, and then drink this. It s-should help with the hangover."

The drink is rather bitter in taste, but not enough to make one spit it out. About fifteen minutes after he'd start to feel the headache going away.

Lillian nods, and then heads off after Freyja.
