"Yes, why do you think I'm dumb enough to travel up here without a weapon?"
He chuckles at his little jest.

"You don't strike me as much of a monk, if I'm honest."

"Oh? What, not interesting enough? Or is my sense of humor too lacking?"

"You kidding? Most of the monks I know are boring. You actually have a sense of humour."

"That was in fact the thing I was getting at there."

"Maybe I am a little drunk still."
Shina takes a drink from her flask.

Lillian takes out another of those things she'd made earlier. "B-By the way, Beohtric, sir, if you're still feeling the e-effects of last night's drinks, one of these should make you feel better."

"Maybe you shouldn't stop then. Seriously, I knew a guy that drank everyday, just, never sober. He stopped drinking and he just up and died."

Lillian takes out another of those things she'd made earlier. "B-By the way, Beohtric, sir, if you're still feeling the e-effects of last night's drinks, one of these should make you feel better."

Beorhtric rolls his eyes.
"I'm not sure if you're aware, but I'm more experienced in drinking then you. That said, I really don't need it. But thanks for the offer."

"Heh. I'm not that much of a drunk."

"I-I'm sorry, I didn't mean to imply anything. It's j-just, we need to make sure everyone's at their best for the m-mission."

"I suppose you might not be... but even if you are, Rob still overshadows you."
Boerhtric says with a chuckle.

"I'd be more worried about you. Hell, maybe some of us could benefit from a hangover."

"Good for him, then."

Niamh, not having been offered fancier food for some reason, finishes her regular food and looks at Freyja.

"Ah, apologies."
Freyja slides her some food.

Niamh tries the food.  This occupies her throughout the various bits of conversation that occurred.

"I certainly don't plan to get drunk again till we're done, myself."
