My argument in favor of unlimited amounts of choices is much like the argument for unlimited amounts of cheeses on pizza: too much is never enough unless they make you constipated

Why no sausage on the list? I think it's mostly turkey, but there's probably other meats in them too.

I... think it was bundled under ham at some point. Sausage isn't really a specific meat, exactly, but rather a method of preparing it. There's all sorts; turkey, deer, beef, pork, all kinds of mixed varieties, etc., etc., etc., though pork or beef is probably the most commonly used. Probably just go with whatever the primary component of your preferred sort of sausage is.

If you're not sure, it's most likely pork, though. As noted, it tends to be one of the most commonly used meats for sausage, and especially is almost always the least expensive of them, which translates into being the one you're most likely to run into in, say, a pizza restaurant or on a frozen pizza.

Right... i was making pizza quite often recently and literally every single one i made consists of:
Gouda
Plain Mushrooms
Salami
Corn

Sometimes i add (fried) onion or olives.

I've never been able to see the appeal of corn on a pizza. :/

My favourite is probably chicken and pepper on a sweet and sour base. Four seasons is close behind.

Most forms, really. Shredded of some sort is usually the easiest, with finger-ish length slices coming after. I think the only thing I go out of my way (very rarely) to get at the local hungry howies is their chicken and ranch pizzas, heh.

Well I mean, mushrooms are okay. But potatoes do pretty much the same job, texture-wise. And they are potatoes.

What? Potatoes and mushrooms do not have the same texture. I like them both, but they have different applications.

Also... if people like potatoes on pizza, has anyone had one with mashed potatoes as the sauce? Probably one of the best pizzas I've ever had.
