Having the soul sphere doesn't give you a discount for creating creatures with souls.

The best way to make friends here is to drop the soap during shower time. Try it, I'm sure you'll love making friends like that!

Maybe you can build a huge training facility containing the means to train any skill that exists within your afterworld where the worthy ones are sent to train their skills. Unworthy portal goers should be sent to serve the heros training in the hall. If they manage to do their jobs well they can leave. People in the hall should be unaging. I am willing to give you essence if it cost you more."

Disguised as a turtle, begin sending the wizard dreams while he is asleep. Subject of the dreams are the Nodes at the savannah and how lucky he was if he were to reach the node of discipline. One dream should tell the wizard of the importance of building a disciplined dojo there, apt him to call it Dojo of the Disciplined.

Appear before the keeper of the turtle temple at the tiny turtle node. Tell him:"Choose 7 students, the best to your likings. Train them in everything you know and also get help from other teachers to prepare them to create a magnificient temple at the new turtle node of the savannahs. Temple of the Savage Turtle shall be its name"

Astrally project myself in the leyline sphere and search for interesting crossings of leylines aligned to Discipline.

Sitting in his office while doing the above, this iteration writes a sign at his classy roman style meets victorian grace office door. The sign says: "Tea Time Discussion - Maps do we need them? Are they useful? The Answer is yes!"

Give 2 Essence to the God of Judgement

"The Underworld is only for the dead. You sound like you are trying to send living mortals there."

Luuc creates an Underworld Node of medium size (4E) in the large second chamber of the Underworld. He also declares that the Underworld is only for the dead, the non-living and beings of the Underworld. Any living mortal who enters the Underworld without permission of Luuc is thereafter dead, and subject to Judging and, if applicable, Retribution.

Luuc creates 500 non-sentient demons, binding them to the Underworld node. This makes it so they cannot leave the Underworld, if they try they will quickly be destroyed. Luuc creates 1 sentient demon, bound to the Underworld node, but also more like an extension of the node, though it still cannot leave the Underworld. This demon will be designated the King of the Demons, and given the name George. He will lead the demons, controlling them through the Underworld node.

If the number of demons is to fall below 500, whether by accident, disaster or divine interference, the node will create more demons to get the number back tp 500. If the King of the Demons is destroyed, the strongest demon will gain sapience and take over as King.

The demons will have the task of enacting Retribution upon any souls that have been Judged to need it. For the time being, the demons will be dormant as the method of determining of what each soul's retribution is has not yet been defined.

Return the 2E to Zurion.

((EDIT: Add more effects to the node, and give Zurion his Essence back.))

"Ah thank you then for being an honest god. I might work with you in the future again."
Create a pocket dimension named Academia Disciplinam.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Create a small Discipline node at the center of said academy. The node serves as portal to the savannah portal of discipline, and also feeds the spirits of the academy. The centurio must keep Zurion informed if the node ever proved to be running low due to overpopulation.
Create a tiny Discipline node next to the other discipline node in the savannahs. This node serves as portal to Academia Disciplinam. Jumping into the pool you are judged on your discipline and upon the moral system your society builds upon. If you live a good live, judged by your kinmen, and are disciplined you enter Academia Disciplinam just fine. If you aren't you are turned into a spirit of Academia Disciplinam, based on your skill. Non-Turtle Humanoid races that choose to enter the academy can do so. If they fail the portal test they keep their regular appearance but take on the garments of the academy.

Saukko

Proposal

For an investment of 10E, an individual creation of a god can be designated an agent, meaning they incur plot armour, become immortal and can be resurrected should they die, and they are unfailingly loyal to the god that created them. The investment cannot be split between gods, nor can the race have been created through collaboration. An agent is only loyal to one god. They cannot be edited once designated an agent, except for the following, which can be added or subtracted from through further proposals:

An agent can have their own Essence, but requires further investment of Essence from ONLY their creator god. This Essence will be taken from the creator god's Essence cap, at a rate of 2:1, meaning investing 2E of your cap into an agent will result in the agent having an Essence cap of 1E. This investment must always be an even number.

Force the flatlands around the Eastern Lands up into a range of mountains called the "Akri Mountains", it will be used as a natural defense to defend against any who dare climb the mountains to invade the Eastern Lands.

Create the "Klinkons" - Miners+2, Craftsmanship+2, Builders+1, Small, and 4 Arms

They are 4 feet tall humanoid figures with 2 eyes, and 4 arms. They are excellent miners and craftsmen using their abilities they turned the "Akri Mountains" into their home and craft beautiful masterpieces for the Draki Tribes in exchange for plundered items.

"I beg to differ, explodey one."

Malakath attempts to take Munroe's corpse and lock it inside Malakathium but is blocked by Saukko. (Saukko: -1E)

Having the soul sphere doesn't give you a discount for creating creatures with souls.
Support, with amendment: "This does not apply for creatures consisting mostly of souls."
"All creatures consist mostly of souls. It cost me 4E to create sapient creatures without bodies and 0E to give them bodies."

EDIT:
Give Munroe 4E
((This is part of an OOC deal so that I don't feud with Stirk yet again. I would kindly appreciate it if people didn't flare things up between us.))

EDIT2:
Give Saukko 1E
