That sounds like something that needs a Council proposal to happen. Managing population was something that took KJP a while to do in the old Ye Gods games.

I think KJP is doing population growth, on similar grounds as he was previously. There was a post earlier (you may be able to find it by searching for "6% 2%" without the quotes) that outlined what he does.

I have generally opposed any traits that affect population growth though. Having 20 different races grow at 20 different rates does add a little more complexity to the game, and it's slags the little things that add up...

    Fusing: Sure, it's legal to have both traits. It's not legal to try to cheat the system by potentially getting two traits at a discount, though. (Extreme case: Fuse Strength+3 [12] and Intelligence+3 [12] to from 144x to 24x)
