Not quite sure what's going on with income, but I think my expense was left out of calculations. On tick 7, (which I started with 16E)I decided to create the Dorkàrese and use 12E to do this.(the quantity being as many as I could make with 12E) Now on tick 8 I have 17E, so either I had 1E of income and didn't have my expense deducted, or I used 12E and recieved 13E of income, which I doubt.

No, not really. Otherwise, Neumann would not have been defeated by the Guardian. And if all you want is numbers with some salad dressing, play something else. It can get a lot more interesting than that, though, just not when gods just decide to resort to the old tactic of "I throw essence at them until they die".

Didn't say I wanted to, but how did Neumann come into being? Essence was thrown at it. It's how we get anything in the game. Races and agents and actions.

Could someone educate me more about nodes? I've read what information is available in the Tick update but I still have some questions.

Does the size of the node affect the intensity of the powers given or just the area of effect?
Can a god choose what effect the node has if it creates it?
Can the effect of the node be changed by that god?
Can nodes be enlarged? Is the cost to enlarge the difference between the sizes or the full price?
