What was the story with the Void this time around? Care to elaborate?
What was the deal with souls, magic, and gods? On account of souls being vaguely defined things that only led to various attempts at abuse, they were just abstractions for "worship-capable." Magic, save in the case of actual Essence investment, was generally limited in power to what would be effectively 0-cost actions. Any specifics?
Just what's up with all that spark mirror breaking stuff that goes on in the first post in IC? Not enough mythic things were going on, and one hidden goal (which I now realize should not have been hidden) involved setting up a sufficiently mythic creation myth. This was tied in quite hamfistedly with the Void stuff, with the mirror being an apparent manifestation of destruction while being a manifestation of stasis, the hammer being an apparent manifestation of creation while being a manifestation of destruction, and something less tangible having a close connection to the gods, hindering yet helping when active depending on their actions.
Did anyone fuck with the timeline in this iteration of YG? No, what would make you think that?
Were there any ways to gain additional spheres? Not beyond two because they were intended to be RPing guides, not discount intrinsics
What happens when you eat a god? You gain significant "Void corruption" for cannibalism, more than likely attracting the attention of the less savory Things if the death didn't do that
Was there an in-universe reason for why there were so many "insane" gods? Would you care to elaborate on this "insane" status?
Was there a way to become God? Yes, but not as a vassal
Were there other Bubbles? Yes
Could the Bubbles from previous iterations of YG be accessed? Probably not, too much OOC drama could result
Did kilojoule protons have any importance within YG? Nope, none whatsoever!
Why didn't my soul-eating give me Essence? Allowing creation as storage opens up all sorts of nasty exploits

Ascald was actually the one to kill the surprisingly murderous hospitality god. He was also constantly spawning in more Keardai and had them splitting worship between him and Kyuu, who did the same with the Telracs. The portal was also feeding a few Keardai per tick to the vampires so we could get some immortal craftsmen. We also tried to form a pantheon on the last tick.

My eventual plan was to make the Sun into basically a giant lighthouse of our Bubble. Why? Because. Fire is flamboyant. Duh.
