Generally, if people are going to make references to stuff in my backstory, I should be told first. Y'know, like how Twin and SB tied their backstories together? :P

And about the only Japanese word I mentioned was ronin*, which isn't even a word in-universe and is a lot faster than saying 'masterless samurai'. Which, technically, isn't even true about Shina (samurai don't exist except in the aesthetic sense, and Edo is less 'not-Japan' and more 'vaguely European-Japan flavoured country with the Sengoku Jidai**'*) but makes sense in the sense that Shina's master was killed in the war. The Burakani*** is Shina's race's name. :P

And now with convenient translation notes! :P

*TL Note: Means 'masterless samurai'.
**TL Note: Keikaku means plan Sengoku jidai means something like 'age of civil war'.
*** Derived from the Burakumin, more or less the equivalent of the Untouchable caste from India.
