Name Ludmilla Yeningoroth
Age: 25
Gender: Female
Appearance:
Personality: Authorative, sadistic, focused, cold.
Background: When the kings forces rode their armies to conquer and unify Valkain, many factors played into the intricacies of war, and in the end, not a single one of them can be alone be held responsible for victory. But if you ask anyone, 9 out of 10 people will give the same answer. The iconic force was the dire-bear cavalry of Privol’nyy. Putting regular cavalry to shame in every aspect but sheer speed, their ability to crush an enemies frontline was only matched by their ridiculous effect on an enemies morale. It is a time-consuming, difficult task to train a dire-bear to accept a rider and go to war, as the balance between ferocity and obedience often meant the rider needed just as much training as the actual bear. As over the course of war their numbers dwindled, the king focused more on using them to crush enemy morale, giving birth to the cruel tradition that lasts to this very day, of publicaly executing people by feeding them alive to a bear of war.
Ludmilla is one of the few remaining artifacts of that age-old tradition, and acts as a herold to royal needs, representative functions, and as a military beacon of strength. Now put on the task to lead a large-scaled hunt on monsters, she will use years of tactical prowess and her sheer intimidating appearance to lead it to victory.

Mikhail, royal executioner: Ludmilla has been granted the authority over Mikhail, a dire-polarbear trained by one of the few remaining masters. This bears strength is worth 3 perks, and as such it comes with 2 downsides. For one, her life is tied to the bear, as it is royal property. Should it die, or through injury be rendered forever useless, her status, and soon after her life, shall be stripped of Ludmilla. Secondly, the bear is proud and so much more experienced than Ludmilla, it will not accept her commands at all times, especialy when it has tasted blood. It won't kill her, however options like retreating, or going after someone specific though the bear wants a different target require char-rolls to be forced, and will occasionaly waste a turn or so.
