I will be assigning a Leader for the prologue of the game. RP wise and mechanically, It's necessary. Now, after the tutorial boss, If you split up from there, so be it.

Also, something I left out of the OP and forgot to add in:

the game may not have a player limit, but it will have a party limit. You can have 4-6 people in your party including you. You will count as the leader for it and once registered, that is your assigned group until your mission is complete. This is to prevent overrunning a boss enemy. ANd yes, this does mean only one party per mission, unless the mission has more than one objectives.

I assume that parties aren't permanent? And that there's somewhere to rest and RP with other parties between quests?

So, with Nakeen's sheet I think we have 16 characters. So I guess that's three parties of 5, 5, and 6? Or 6, 6, and 4 I guess, but then one party has a more difficult time than others. The leaders thing... currently I guess Shina would work for one, maybe Beothric for another, and Sanure's character for a third because skill and being an actual veteran and not a pretend one like ATH's character, and more specifically a veteran adventurer.

I would joke about Lillian being leader, but all she's got going for her is being nice and wanting nobody to die. And I guess noble blood if you count that, but unless Sanure decides so, being from her family doesn't do anything and she doesn't know about it.

yes. I mean, with a bear like this, no fight can happen. I just claim, and nobody can challenge.

It's true. Syrgan is a total vet. Killed not just his fair share of enemy combatants,  but has at least 2 monsters under his belt. Though he won't be leader since his normal role in a group is scout.

I do, however, have a fair idea of who I want for the leader of the Prologue party (that everyone is in) and it's not likely to change until I fully go through all of the sheets.

@TBF, stop being salty. No one is fighting. They are discussing who they think should be leader.
