But the army doesn't go, "Oh, you're a member of our group but happen to be a criminal while we travel through this barren wasteland? Welp, time to slap some cuffs on this fucker and drag him off to jail!" Especially not when worried about more important things, such as not being an asshole, and not dying.

Also: The base stat maximum is 5+Level (so, 5+1), meaning you have two more points in Con than you're allowed to. The perk can, in fact, bring you to 8 Con, but you can't have 8 naturally.

Well that's her body type and general idea of what her armor looks like I think based off the picture she's tall enough.

Marshmallow Hell is reserved for the impure (aka unholy, aka not Geliebte) and the endowed (aka also not Geliebte, because endowedness is impurity). But Elidyr can always make handcuffs or something.

IIRC we have three Guardians (dedicated, another dedicated with impossibly high Con, Abstract, and a hybridized damage Guardian), three Clerics (two dedicated, one Ranger/Cleric), an Alchemist, a Warrior or two, a Monk...
