Though it seems he recovers quickly and appears somewhat near Gou's group but not, say, in it. Around the fringes?

Gou is still hyper.
"Do you know if there's any music clubs here?"

Colette suddenly appears again, probably after a very dramatic resolution in order to stop being so shy and actually make some friends, done offscreen. "Yes, actually. There is. I've checked, and already applied to become a member. I'm not so sure they start right away, though."

Gou's face brightens.
"Sweet! What do you play, then?"

Cynthiana is avoiding Tetsuo's gaze, then.  At least when she's not frozen up.  Tetsuo can look her in the eyes all he wants then.

He looks at the ground, shifts once, and then speaks up.

"Hey, look.. I'm sorry about... whatever the hell that was earlier. I say things without thinking about them pretty often and all that.. I just don't want to be remembered as the suicidal fibro kid because of the first day, you know?"

Shizuko looks a little annoyed, and points at the notepad in Gou's hand.

[SOLDIER First]

((She's annoyed because Gou hasn't answered her with text, just with stupid waving ))

Gou's face brightens.
"Sweet! What do you play, then?"

"I play the violin! I've been practicing for about seven years now. I also know how to play the piano a little. How about you, Gou?" She seems quite happy now.

In that case Tetsuo gets Gou's attention somehow and indicates the notepad.

He looks at the ground, shifts once, and then speaks up.

Shinozuka's nose begins to bleed and he quickly shoves one hand up to the bleeding nostril while he tries and fails to fish out a tissue he had in his pocket somewhere

Cynthiana shrugs helplessly at Tatsuo, then looks at Shizuko, walks
/teeters as she freezes up mid-step/
in front of her, and as earlier, hesitantly starts signing, mouthing the words as she goes along.
