Turn 130
Dustan Hache, Fisk Black, Marley
Rest and probe the memories of the controller.
"Zulus, thousands of 'em
Nab a repelar shard if I can.
[Dustan: 1, Controller: 4] Dustan and his controller companion decided to rest. While resting, Dustan tried to probe controller's memories with their psionic wiring. However, despite the strong wiring a defensive system in controller's brain was still active and gave Dustan a really bad headache. There was a good side of this failed attempt though, as controller's psionic powers increased awakened by it's defensive system.
We were overrun by mutants. - Fisk explained to patrol's leader, pointing at corpses of mutants and soldiers scattered around.
[3] Are you the only survivor? What's your name and rank soldier?
[6] While soldiers were talking with survivor of bloody mutant massacre, Marley driven by curiosity started inspecting gleaming shards scattered all around. He tried to pick one up, but he stung himself in a finger and a shard was stuck inside it! At first only a slight pain, but after a while the shard melted in his body and his finger started glowing. It must bear artifact's properties now!
Controller: Psionic powers increased
Marley: Found repeller shard. Healing touch - his finger charges with energy which can be spent on curing injuries. Jellyfish magnet - all jellyfishes present in an area are drawn to his finger.
Bill Alabaster
try to find my long lost stash of crap.that for some reason after living years in the zone I forgot where it is
[3] Bill wandered around the forest in search of his lost stash, and then he realised that he knows where it is! It's in one of abandoned villages in Ukrainian part of the Zone - Yampol village, north of where he currently is.
Giennadi "Giena" Vassilich Zheytsun
Time's up. Let's do this. GIEEEENAAAA...!!! ZHYYYYTSUUUN...!!!
((That means beat the Thing with my fists.))
[Giena: 3, The Thing: 6] Giennadi charged into darkness, being able to just barely make out the shape of this strange mutant. Giena jumped at it and gave it an airborne punch! The Thing got knocked back, but not stunned. Immediately it responded with sending a powerful shockwave that made whole building tremble and start falling apart!
Nikolai Kakashosnov
again!
[Nikolai: 2, Controller: 1] Nikolai took another attempt of punching controller with studs of trench knife, this time adding a slight kick to it. He missed, but controller dodging the punch tripped over Nikolai's leg, fallen on the ground and hit a rock with it's head! The controller is unconscious!
Jak
Well that was fortuitous. Eat flesh giant.
[5] Jak got up from the ground and moved to feast upon dead flesh giant. It was young, it's tissue soaked with blood tasting sweet for a mutant like reacher. Jak fallen into eating frenzy, eating out whole the flesh until only bones were left, then he broke bones and eaten out marrow. This feast was a real delight for Jak and great fulfillment for his predator intuition!
Jak: +1 Predator intuition
Irene Dragojavich
Thugs left behind, Irene is going to see if she can find somewhere to pawn off her artifacts. Such strange goods would only be battered off under the cover of darkness anyways, right?
[1] Irene wandered dark and empty streets of Hubyn, searching for a place where she could sell found artifacts. Suddenly a taxi cab arrived, some shady type driving it. He stopped near Irene and asked with raspy voice Need a ride?
((I'm considering starting a new, more complex and bigger RTD in setting of my own creation. I'm sure that running two RTD's in one time would be more than I can handle, so this one would probably die out. I think that turn 150 would be the last turn. What do you think? Should I end it at that turn and start new RTD, or continue this RTD for longer?))
