Lorence "Lucky" Jackson and Nix

Deeper and Deeper and Deeper I must descend...

[3] Lorence decided to check what's down this chasm and slowly starts descending the hole.

[2] Deep down below Lorence, Nix is still descending the chasm. He wanted to grab a pipe that he spotted, but it was hot! Nix moved his hand back before he could hurt himself.

Nardo Polo, Dustan Hache, Fisk Black, Viltriskia Nikita

After collecting his knives Nardo joins Fisk in scramming.

Don't stop moving, just put as much distance between me and the blobs as possible.

Get on the road quicly and retreat, I mean, tactically reposition back to Base.

Fuck it, let's scram. - Fisk shouts out, agreeing with Sergei. That's the smartest thing I've ever heard you say. - Nardo replies cheerfully then looks for his rocks and knives.

[3 +1] Wandering around dead ghouls he picked up all his old knives and some throwing stones, then joined Fisk. Not sure whether that is a compliment or an insult, but we should go and help out that limping fellow from the truck. Then, you guys who aren't me and Sergei, make like a banana and split.

[Dustan:1, Jellyfish blobs: 4, Fisk: 1, Sergei: 2, Nardo: 6] Fisk and Sergei seeing that the stalker is barely escaping blob's chase decided to help him. Fisk jumped and grabbed Dustan just in time to prevent him falling into an Iron Maiden vine, but they have been surrounded by all these blobs! Sergei tries to find a way to get them out, but they are completely trapped! Then Nardo got an idea to spray blobs with water. He took his bottle and started spilling it around, causing all the blobs to start reactions of unimaginable power!

[Nardo:1, Dustan: 6, Fisk: 3, Sergei: 6]

The blobs explode, spraying acid all around! Nardo got right into the acid wave, but his dexterity allowed him to dodge before his chemical burns started getting deadly. Dustan dropped by Fisk have fallen into iron maiden vine, thousands of spikes getting into his body and inflicting heavy bleeding. Dustan is near death! Fisk used his experience gathered on duty in special forces to dodge away without getting any wounds. Sergei had much less luck, falling into a nearby charged field. Electricity thrown him out, he's lying on the ground breathing heavily, his body badly burnt.

[Viltriskia: 3, Jellyfish blob: 1] Pouring some more water Viltriskia finally spilled some on the blob. A powerful reaction started, blob was hissing and releasing gases. Viltriskia escaped the cabin through window the other stalker kicked out, and then heard the blob explode, spraying truck's interior with acid.

Jellyfish blobs: destroyed
Dustan: heavy bleeding, status changed to Near Death
Nardo: received 3 throwing rock and 10 old throwing knives; torso and legs wounded
Sergei: heavy burns, status changed to Near death

[1] Lorence was safely descending down the chasm, but then rock layers in the first parts of chasm started to shake. He lost hold of rocky wall and started falling down an endless chasm!

[6] Nix was descending in the darkness. After a good while of climbing down he suddenly heard a scream. He looked up, trying to make out anything in the darkness... then something heavy hit him in the head and Nix started falling down with it!

((Falling down an endless chasm seems to be a stupid death. I'll let you roll for space-time anomaly if you want to get out (further placement dependent on anomaly destination roll.) ))

Do everything in my power to get away from the iron maiden vine, and stop my bleeding in that order. I can't die, not now!

Drag Dustan out of the Iron Maiden's reach, then grab Sergei. Start working to stabilize them when I get them somewhere safer.

[2] Dustan tried to push himself out of the vine, but he was too weakened to do this.

[Fisk :3, Nardo: 1 +1] After the acid have settled down Fisk immediately moved to help injured. He got Dustan out of mutated vines, and gave him Nardo so he could take a look at his injuries, but Nardo's medical knowledge was too limited to stop massive bleeding and so many broken bones. Then Fisk dragged Sergei to some safer place, Nardo taking Dustan. They found a good spot under the tree that Nardo notices earlier.

[4] Then they took a proper look at Sergei's wounds. It seems that besides some heavy burns, he haven't suffered that much. It's only a matter of time and he'll be able to walk again.

[5] Since Nardo couldn't properly tell if Dustan will live, Fisk took a look at his wounds. It looked really badly, but he was fighting well to stay alive. After a proper examination Fisk found that repeller artifact he carried with him and discovered that it had regenerative properties! Dustan's wounds were closing and his flesh regenerating much quicker when artifact was close to them! There was a side effect though - his body looked more delicate and vulnerable after artifact treatment. It's not a super fast process and would take a while.

[1] Viltriskia pulled himself from the ground and started to slowly move back from the truck, but then he heard something in the air, some distance behind him. He turned back to see what's that and saw... that the man-eater mutant he fough with previously is back, and flying right towards him!

Sergei: Status changed to Heavy Wounded
Dustan: Status changed to Heavy Wounded; +Regeneration Temporary Lowered Mechanical Injury Resistance, 3 more turns to fully restoring health

The Sun slowly reaches for the ground. It's evening.

Lorence and Nix both silently fall down the endless chasm, hoping to safely get out.

[3] Lorence have fallen into a space-time anomaly! He felt like his body shifted then got squashed and then elongated. Finally he landed back in Chernobyl, near a roadsign showing way to Prypiat.

[1] Nix with his curse haven't had as much luck as Lorence and missed the anomaly. He's still falling down the endless chasm!

[3] Lying under the tree and trying to heal his body with artifact Dustan was thinking about latest events. The truck crash, heavy injuries and iron maiden vine were mostly on his mind. He was really close to death, almost feeling it's gaze drilling through his body. But he survived.

[Fisk: 1, Man-eater: 3] Noticing incoming flying mutant Fisk decided to deal with it using his spiked knuckles. He ran towards Viltriskia, standing between him and the landing mutant. Then he charged, but with one swift and strong move man-eater stunned and thrown Fisk away, perilously close to charged field!

[Viltriskia: 5, Man-eater: 6] Repeating his previous tactic Viltriskia gave a strong and well aimed punch at mutant's mandibles. It was enough to stun it and give it overwhelming pain. Man-eater started to run in random directions, then it took off from the ground and flied into a crusher anomaly!

Dustan: +2 strenght, +3 Survival skill
Fisk: Stunned
Viltriskia: +2 hand to hand
