It seems like less popular Power Rangers with motorcycles.

Well, similarities are there, seeing as the same guy (Shotaro Ishinomori) came up with both Kamen Rider and Super Sentai (what Power Rangers is more or less a Western version of). Kamen Rider came first and it's pretty damn popular (just not in the West until Gaim came around, IIRC).

More or less (not applicable to all series, i.e. Gaim or Ryuki):
- One guy gets powers somehow, usually by being given powers by the same source as the bad guys (i.e. the original guy had a surgery that turned him into a Kamen Rider cyborg)
- They go off to fight the baddies, possibly being joined by another Rider (never more than five and those five never usually work in a team, except, again, in series like Gaim or Ryuki where they had about 12-16 Riders)
- Emphasis is generally on one or two guys kicking kaijin ass rather than a whole team
- The cool devices are the Rider weapons and the Rider Machines rather than the Zords or combining mecha which Super Sentai/Power Rangers use
- Generally, Riders tend to be capable of handling more opponents than a team of Rangers, mainly because Riders tend to operate on their own

Unlucky:enemy's always seem to find her cops always seem to show up inconviently 60% chance something bad will happen at the start of an encounter.
Stalker- Some superpowers creepizoid is stalking her for probably neferaious purposes 80% chance her stalker ((nemesis)) will show up.
