Description: Tamiko, in their base form, is reasonably-built but otherwise entirely average, has black, shoulder-length hair tied neatly into a bun, and not much else being too definitive. They wear a pure white kimono and a traditional hakama, one side bright red and the other navy blue. They also wear a white kabuki mask with five black spots on it, which they never, under any circumstance, seem to take off.

Perks:
Divine Vessel: Tamiko fights by channeling the main five Shinto gods, and their stats differ during channeling accordingly. Channeling any God or Goddess other than Amenominakanushi only lasts for one turn, thus, any action Tomiko takes that does not explicitly state she is channeling a God or Goddess returns Tomiko's stats to normal. The available Gods and Goddesses are as follows;
Amaterasu: Knowledge multiplied by 1.5, Special Attack multiplied by 1.25, Resilience is halved
Tsukuyomi: Resilience ++, Special Attack +, Agility -

Power of the Universe: If Tamiko has channeled all five Gods and Godesses in one battle, their mask lights up and they can call upon the Almighty Creator, Amenominakanushi. After channeling all five Gods and Godesses, Tamiko obtains the abilities "Radiant Brilliance of the Ancestral One" and "Wrathful Heart of the Transcendent One". Channeling the Almighty Creator multiplies all of Tamiko's stats by 2.

Professional Purifier: Whenever Tamiko successfully dispels a debuff, they heal themself for 15% of her maximum HP.

Rise from Darkness: Much to Izanami's annoyance, the other Gods and Goddess sort of want to keep Tamiko alive. Once per battle, whenever Tamiko goes unconscious, they resurrect at half health.

Complications:
Religious Controversy: Oh boy, a Shinto Priest/Priestess must not be a controversial figure at all. When dealing with anyone not of the Shinto faith, Fame is reduced by 33%.

Basic Defense: Ofuda Defense: Tomiko holds up an Ofuda, inscribed on which is the name of her current channeled God/Goddess. Defends for an additional (Current effective Res/2). If Tomiko has not channeled a God/Goddess when using this, nothing happens.

Glorious Sunlight Remedy: Tomiko channels Amaterasu, and heals an ally like day strengthens the crops. Heals for (1d6+KNOW) and dispels a random debuff.
Great Moonlight Protection: Tomiko channels Tsukuyomi, and defends an ally like the night shadows the land. Shields an ally, making 50% of all damage directed at that ally is instead dealt to Tomiko, but not before that damage is also reduced by (DEF*5, cap of 75)%.
Gathering Cloudlike Cleave: Tomiko channels Susanoo, and cuts an enemy down like fresh grass. Deals 1d8 damage, and pierces through 50% of the target's defense.
Invite of Purity: Tomiko channels Izanagi, and washes and purifies an ally. Heals for (1d2+KNOW) for three turns, and dispels a random debuff each turn.
Invite of Death: Tomiko channels Izanami, and drags an enemy into the World of Darkness. Deals 2d4 damage, and makes an enemy Impure, reducing their Resilience and highest Attack Stat by 1 every turn for three turns. When Impure is dispelled or times out, the enemy's stats return to normal.
Shintoist Blessing: Tomiko gives an ally the blessing of the Gods and Goddesses. Gives an ally Tomiko's current God/Goddess modifier for three turns. If used with the Almighty Creator, it lasts for only one turn, but Tomiko keeps channeling.

Unique Actions:
Radiant Brilliance of the Ancestral One: Tomiko channels the Almighty Creator for three whole turns after this one. During these three turns, using an ability that channels another God/Goddess does not actually channel them, but keeps the Creator's blessing. After the three turns are over, Tomiko's Unique Actions are locked and she must once again channel all five Gods and Goddesses.
Wrathful Heart of the Transcendent One: Can only be used when channeling the Almighty Creator. Deals (Special Attack + Physical Attack) damage to a maximum of three enemies next to each other.

Other: Tamiko changes appearance somewhat whenever channeling the Gods/Goddesses. Their hair is a little different, and their hakama changes color. They also take on the personality of the God/Goddess.

Imma give them 1d6 and +1 DEF, respectively, because, well, the effects they give are pretty powerful, y'dig?

I'm gonna wait 'til combat to see how all those actions and such stack on top of another, though, if only partially because I'm in a real shitty mood right 'bout now.

Perfect Memory: Caroline remembers everything, and has a lot of time to spend reading.  Her KNOW is uncapped.

Psychic Replication: Gear placed on any Manifestation may be copied to other Manifestations. 

Force Of Will: Caroline may choose to double the stats of all her Manifestations for one turn, only to halve the number available the next turn, with a floor of two.  If there are only two Manifestations available, halve their stats the next turn instead.

Complete Paralysis: Exactly what it sounds like.  Paralyzed.  Has no stats of her own save Level/XP, FAME and KNOW.

Gender/Sex: Female, Female
Description: Mary is a teenage girl, looking to be around 16, and stands at 5'6'', with a moderately slim build and rather pale skin. Her eyes are a deep blue color, and her hair is straight and is a dyed vivid red color, coming to her shoulders but being swept around her neck instead of reaching them. Aside from the hair color and style, she looks exactly like another teenage hero, Miss Volt, if a little bit paler... she is her clone, after all. For her costume, she wears a white and red outfit, a jumpsuit with a red bottom half that stripes into white towards the top, as well as white boots and red gloves (differentiating her from Miss Volt's yellow and blue color theme). She doesn't wear a mask, as her identity is already known anyway.

Perks:
Mutating Power: The genetic quirk Dr. Cytos installed in her to let her mimic Miss Volt's powers isn't actually too stable; while it lets her indeed shoot lightning, it has a tendency to break its intended limits and branch out to other elements, albeit not all at once. Mary's elemental powers come in sets of one-three moves per element, and she has one active at a time, which she can switch between freely... at the cost of dealing herself 1/4th of her Max HP in damage whenever she does. Every other level (starting at 2) she gains an extra ability that MUST go into making a new ability in one of these sets, although she can put normal level up abilities into the sets if she wishes.

Reactive Blast: If Mary is dropped to half health or downed, her powers act up and retaliate, dealing 1.5*SPATK damage to her attacker, with whatever element is currently active.

Shifting Resistances: Mary takes 1/3rd of the damage of attacks of whatever element she has active.

Minor Flight: Like Miss Volt, Mary has minor flight powers. She can't fly particularly highly, agilely, or quickly, but she does have that base ability.

Lab Born: Mary has expertise when generic equipment and cloning equipment; it was used to make her, after all, and her first month or two of existence was in a lab under a terribly brilliant mad scientist. Knowledge stay doubled for anything involving genetics or cloning.

Complications: Vulnerable Biology: The same genetic quirk has made her biology pretty unstable and made her pretty unhealthy; worse, her biology is incredibly easy to screw with. Two times damage from poisons or diseases.

Pariah: Miss Volt is one of the most popular heroes in the Youth Heroics Division of the Heroic Union and one of its more popular in general. Being a clone of a hero created by a very evil supervillain, Mary would have issues with being trusted anyway. Miss Volt suffered a lot of trauma thanks to her existence, and actively hates her for it. Combine all of those, and Mary is exceptionally unpopular within the hero community and often some of the populace in general, and generally distrusted.

Description: A relatively common pair of magic anklets purchased on a public market.

In Megalopolis C, a mad scientist named Dr. Cytos briefly rose to prominence, using genetics to create various monsters primarily fought off by the city's section of the Youth Heroics Division. Eventually, said heroes raided his base, only to face a horrible revelation: he had been collecting genetic samples of the various members of the YHD from their fights, and had been making an attempt to create clones of them for his own personal use.

When they raided his compound, they found that out the hard way, as a most terrifying battle ensue. Yet, of the various prototype Youth Heroics Division clones, only two really ever turned out -- the others were deformed and largely mindless, but these two were intelligent: the clone of the teenage lightning-blaster Miss Volt, and the clone of a speedster, KPH. The clone of Miss Volt was MVC-0, and she spent two months of her existence in Cytos' lab, heedless of the reality of the world... until the raid and the battle, which both her and the other clone survived. The clone of KPH, KHC-0, however, escaped... leaving MVC-0 behind to take most of the anger... and leaving both her and Miss Volt to suffer some serious identity issues. It also saddled her with a lasting hatred from Miss Volt.

Nonetheless, she hadn't actually done anything wrong besides fighting the mysterious attackers, so she ended up largely released into the world, where life was largely made difficult for her, especially in Megalopolis C... so four months later, she moved to Megalopolis F, where she has, over two months, made multiple applications for the local chapter of the YHD... and been rejected each time. So she's going independent, trying to forge something for herself.

Right, so, first of all, I'd like some actual numerical modifiers for both Pariah and Minor Flight, if you don't mind

Other than that... I guess it's fine? Pretty sure you meant 'during' for Confidence Booster, but, other than that, it seems okay.

Accessory Name: (Level 1) Ultralight component

Effects: Adds RES+ItemLevel to Agility. It takes away the RES of the jet, and adds it to the total agility.
Description: A key that  unlocks the armor and initiates storing the armor. This make the jet super light and, as such, it flies faster and has more control. This lasts until the jet is destroyed, or until it is put back on.

Meteor Strike: Jet falls from a great height and punches the ground/target, inflicting x3 damage on the target hit, and has a (1d20) chance to knock all enemies, within 10 feet, into the air. For every 40 feet of air, roll 1d6 for damage. (No cooldown/Height requirement at least 40 feet) (Physical)

Chaff Shower: If UltraLight Component is used, Jet can jettison the stored armor to act as temporary cover. This burns the armor and renders it unusable until repaired. +3 to evade while active. (No cooldown/Jet armor required) (Special)

I also find it funny, thinking back, how it sort of seemed like Nicole would end up being the leader of the Union heroes despite repeatedly saying there shouldn't be one at all. At least that seemed like what was happening.
