The teenage superheroine she was cloned off of, Miss Volt, can shoot lightning from her hands. She can also do some more versatile stuff lightning-related, but the villain that made the clone wasn't entirely aware of this so he made the clone to have her lightning-shootin'

Thing is, Miss Volt didn't get her powers genetically, so it was up to the villain to try and come up with something. Eventually he figured out a solution that let her shoot lightning, at the expense of destabilizing her biology... but on the bright side, this less stable power actually has a tendency to grow into different forms, like fire and stuff. My plan for the clone is to give her a perk that gives extra abilities when she levels... which then go into a "pool" of other elements she can subtract health to switch her lightning out with, so I don't want to give her a totally lightning-based name, something that works for offensive elemental attacks in general

Edit:

Elemental is what immediately comes to mind.

Dynamo does too, but you said it should be a more general name and not just restricted to electricity, so eh.

Conversion/Converter/some variation on that, maybe?
