Description: A taller woman with shoulder-length, neat black hair. She has blue eyes and glasses. In regards to features, she’s what one would call attractive, certainly. She generally wears hoodies and jeans, although occasionally has skirts with shorts underneath to prevent people from looking… there. More generally, clothing that can hide her cybernetics, which include both arms, her right leg, and a decent portion of her back. She also has her Rider Belt.
When on the job, she removes the majority of her civilian clothes as she activates her built-in armor, one made of a tough yet flexible metal that is silver in color.
And finally, in her Armored Rider Gaia form, she has a brown helmet with green eye-slits covering her head, and her golden body armor is replaced with more earthen tones, although it is still a similar and equally tough metal. A green scarf protects the neck. The belt now includes a Card Reader, for Arcana-based attacks, and has the symbol of a golden chariot on it.

Complications:

Arcana Strength: Rapid Assault: A series of rapid blows; Sera does one additional attack. Active.
Charge Strike: Sera prepares to strike an enemy weakness, calculated by the Armored Rider System, dealing 3x damage on the next attack.
Arcana Tower: Aggravate: Sera isn't sure how it works either, but this ability forces an enemy to attack only Sera for two turns. A multi-target attack will prompt a counter that is a basic attack that deals pure damage.
Reactive Armor: When hit, add level times two to RES for two turns.
Arcana Empress: Retaliate: Sera, upon taking a hit, responds in kind, attacking the first enemy to hit her on her turn. Passive.
Arcana Chariot: Rider Assault: Sera tries to bring an end to the fight using her weapons and her Final Trigger, using both the strength of her cybernetics and the Rider Suit to deal [[Selected Weapon Die+Total Relevant Stat]x3] in Pure damage. Rider Assaults can only be executed after 5 turns and every other 5 turns afterwards.
Disable Limiter:/Arcana Emperor: Awaken Sera removes the power limiter on her cybernetics, in an attempt to end the fight quickly. In Rider form, this activates Awaken mode, with the same effects. Double attack stats and Resilience for three turns, and negate the next attack against her. Then, halve all stats but Fame/Infamy and Knowledge the turn after. Only useable each five turns.
Rend: Sera attacks in such a way that damages an opponent's armor, or at least leaves them far more open to attack. Reduce the enemy's RES by Sera's Special Attack plus her level. Active.
Perk Skills:
Henshin!: Sera switches to Rider Form, gaining access to different skills.
Summon Terra: Sera summons Terra, the Gaia suit's motorcycle, giving her 10% Dodge chance and +5 Init for 3 turns. 3 turn cooldown. ((I'm assuming that I can't have this be better than Oliver's even though the First Gen suits are supposed to have better bikes than the prototypes.))
Other:
Sera was a normal person until a few years ago. She worked for the Union, one of the non-superpowered employees who worked in the dispatch center, where incidents are reported and if necessary a Hero is called to the scene. This was her life until one day, she was taken hostage by a group of villains who had been cornered in the building she just happened to be in. They threatened her (and the other hostages) life if they tried anything. And while they were making demands, she clubbed the leader with a chair. The distraction caused by trying to subdue her allowed one of the Heroes outside- one of the Armored Riders- to enter and capture them all. But, in their rage, the villains had mortally wounded Sera and had been torturing her up until the rider entered. It was… not pretty. The rider brought her to the only person he thought could help.
Sera was, by almost all definitions, beyond saving. And she would have been, had the doctor she was brought to been anyone else; it was already a small miracle she was still breathing when she arrived. But Doctor Toshiba was better than that.
The next morning, Sera woke up. She was… changed, but alive. As she adjusted, she decided something; she wouldn't let this second chance go to waste. In addition to the natural benefits of her new enhancements, Sera asked Toshiba for one of the Rider belts, to help people. He gave her one of the new "First Generation" belts, specifically the Gaia belt.
Once she was sufficiently used to the cybernetics and the suit, she began her work as a Hero for the Union- many Riders were independent, but she'd always worked for the Union.
