So i've been playing dwarf fortress not so long though but i recently got my first baron! and i'm not sure if i did it right
is this my mistake? is it a bug or is it supposed to be?

So here's what i did. The outpost liason came with trade caravan to my fortress and asked to make my fort a barony i answered yes ofcourse, but then i had to select someone
as baron/baronness I assigned my manager/bookkeeper/expedition leader (not mayor)

and then he left then i looked at my noble window and this appeared:



again is this a bug or supposed to be? help please, also the reason i didn't sent it to mantis is becuase i'm not sure if it's a bug as it's my first time getting a baron/baronness

I don't see anything wrong. A character appointed to multiple roles will carry all of them, and the room requirements of the worst of them will be displayed for all positions held by that character.
