"Hey know how to pick a lock?" Axel asks the stuttering girl

Alric tries to do so.

Alric's push on the bag gets it close enough to the girl for her to grab its strap with her teeth, pulling it closer to herself. She desperately struggles with the bag's zipper, eventually managing to open it again with her teeth, and plunges her head into it. After some minutes rummaging, she emerges with a lollypop in her mouth. She visibly relaxes, closing her eyes and leaning back for a few moment.

The girl then opens her eyes and grins at Axel, replying to his earlier question with now cheerful and slightly slurred speech. "Yeaaaah naaah. What lock you planin' to pick?"

Elizabeth comes to, in the back of the truck, or wherever she's supposed to be.

[Chevaleresse]

"Does anyone actually know why we got kidnapped?"

[Poltifar]

"Huuuh? Kidnapped?" The girl looks around at the truck's interior and its other occupants. "Aaaah, I was thinkin' this mighta been a screwed up party of sum sort..."

Alric bursts out laughing at this, but rapidly regains control of himself.

Dalanda looks around at the English conversation and then the burst of laughter, and looks questioningly at Raleigh.
"Qu'est que c'est ils disent?"

Aurora frowns petulantly. "I don't see how any of this is funny."

"Elle dise que, que la situation, c'est une fête tres fou!  Mais dans un façon plus amusant.  Je ne sais pas tous les mots pour traduire.

It's gallows humor, really."

Though those beyond Raleigh and Alric likely couldn't understand what Dalanda is saying, they could certainly hear the frustrated tone of her voice.
"Comment... comment elle peux croire CETTE? Je-- je-- aie. Nous n'avons pas le temps pour ce... Nous devons planifie pour un evasion."

"Non, non, elle ne crois pas ça.  Je pense.  C'est un... Comment dire... Chose amusant... N'est pas un jeu, mais comme un jeu... Je ne pourrais pas chercher le mot... Mais oui.  _{Eugh, je dois étudier, quand j'ai le temps...}"

The winged girl's facial expression seems to be growing more distressed by the minute. "Do you have to talk in all French? I've never been able to understand it.

It feels so cold in here, and I just realized I'm really hungry."

Elizabeth blinks, confused as to where she is. She mutters.
"Où sommes-nous...?"

"Daaamn are you sure this aint a bitchin' party? I swear some of ya are speakin' in some alien speak, and that doesn't happen t'me unless I'm... like... reaaaal stoned..."
