Kate rushes downward from the roof, the force of her blade culling the unprepared agent in two. Several more shoot her with the tranquilizer darts, to no avail, however several more of them rush to the cars to get something else, while others shoulder their weapons and draw batons.

Charlotte stopped as she heard Nancy spoke, her eyes were still fixed on the body. She simply stood there for a moment before continuing her advance, getting closer towards the body. The girl was numb, it didn't even feel real.

Kate, still enraged, throws a magically fortified punch at the next-closest agent after leaping at him.

Ether crawls away and silently (and desperately) prays for the life of Nancy and the safety of her brothers, sisters and the orphanage itself.

A sharp pain in Charlottes flank reminded her of the reality of the situation, as several tranquilizer darts were fired into her. [Tranquilized, stamina depleting rapidly]. Nancies eyes filled with tears, as she tried to scream in anger and desperation.

Kate works through the enemies like a berserker, sending one of them flying with a punch, breaking through the wall of the toolshed.


"A resistant one, how interesting."

The lady in the business suit made her approach on Kate, twirling a long metal staff around. By the looks of it, she knew how to wield it well. The agents took the cue, and those with the batons started to surround her.

Charlotte stumbled as the darts hit her, her eyes widening as she felt the drug sweep through her system. There was nothing she could do, she was going to lose it all again. She struggled to move but with every step she took it was clear that she could not stay concious for much longer.

Kate stomps the ground, sending a circular wave of electricity around her. However the wave noticably decreases in strength as it gets closer to the null generator, and is reduced to a tickle before reaching the woman - two enemies behind Kate however fall to their knees.

"You can not win. Submit, it is faster and less-"

She twirls her staff around, and swipes Kate off her feet, sending her to the ground painfully. [-1 stamina]

"Painful."

She put emphasis on the word by giving Kate a nice kick to the ribs.

Charlotte stumbled and fell to her knees next to Nancy, who reached out to lay her hand on her cheek.

"I love you darling. Whatever happens, always remember your mother loves you Char-NOOO! NOOHO GET AWAY FROM HER!"

Two of the agents grabbed Charlotte and dragged her away, towards the truck.

Freydis finally coming to her scenes tries to sneak away to find a phone to call 911 as emergency services are needed quite badly now.

And it is at this moment as Charlotte is being dragged away that Frank appears and with a primal growl and a roar leaps at Charlotte's captors all who harm Frank's pack shall taste no victory.

"Never! You bastards killed Nancy! I'd rather die honorably than give in to the likes of you!" Of course, this might have been unintelligible to the woman, being spoken in Gaelic. "RRRAH!"She leaps up and aims a wild blow with her sword at the woman.

With the last of her strength she struggled against the hands holding her, it was no use.
"Let me go, I need to see her." her voice was beginning to slur.
