Aurora seems somewhat nervous about the dog, but relaxes a bit as the dog sniffs her. She experimentally gives him a scratch behind one ear.

Tori does not seem particularly concerned about the sword. She feels she could disarm him at a moment's notice, maybe even make her magic look like skill (she'd been told not to show people that she had magic, after all). Whether or not this feeling is correct, who knows?
