Freydis started thinking"Hmm,this place is mostly rural,so takeoff would be fine however the town would be fully populated,as long as you fly low and you land the second we see the town on the horizon you could fly,but what about me? I can't fly." Freydis knew the one way she would be able to catch up to Aurora,and that was by being carried by her,which she didn't like the sound off. Holding onto the roof of a car is one thing but holding onto a person who is flying who knows how fast is another thing entirely.

Aurora smiles, and transforms into her full-power form, though she dismisses the control rod immediately. "Fantastic! Let's go!" She scoops up Freydis in both arms without warning - she's apparently a fair bit stronger than she might look - and takes off, getting a running start and flapping her wings rapidly to get herself above the trees.

Kate is still at the farm, probably gathering some firewood now that Nancy has been buried.

Freydis doesn't say a word,this is the first time in her life she has been genuinely afraid,and its obvious she isn't taking it well,the only thing she responds with is holding on even tighter. "Am i going to die? Is this really how it ends? I cant die now i need to find Torhild i promised to protect her and if i die now..." lots of things are rushing through Freydises mind,she was not prepared for this at all.
