We had Raleigh go back for Connie before the timeskip and we're waiting on Akroma to introduce Connie.

Rowan could probably have taken the thing after Raleigh ran off, finding nothing and then followed everyone figuring 'what the hell happened'?

I think that Raleigh taking the weapon would be a way better idea, since it'd give Rowan a better excuse to interact and join up with everyone. Which... What I think you are suggesting? Yeah, let's go with that. I'll just wait for Raleigh and Akroma to do their thing then and wander in at an appropriate moment. Rowan does have an internal GPS that points to Connie. :v

There's very little distinction between the two very separate conversations so I keep thinking that people are referring to God instead of Raleigh and talking about how awesome God is.
