((Basically, people are running from the cops after the bus was blown up by something and the inhibitors were turned off. They're outside Houston at the moment. And Kyle got the first karma points.))

Isa, having achieved what he set out to do, sends out an email, before portalling over the city.

At this point, everybody would be in Houston. Televisions would blare as news reporters spoke, hoping to be the first to get the scoop.
"Our latest story on channel eight news, a man's attempt at justifying his rights as a bioterrorist."

So Isa's going to make a video and upload it to Youtube or its equivalent.

The script is as follows.

==I Am Not A Terrorist.==

The video opens with a shot of Isa's face against a gray background, probably a tent or something.

He speaks.

"My name is Isa Rattmann, and I am not a terrorist.

Last Tuesday, I discovered I was a Conduit when I fell off a building and didn't die.

Today, I was to be imprisoned for the crime of existing.

I don't really blame everybody, it's not like there aren't actual powered terrorists out there, and I certainly think they need to be stopped.

But the question remains.  If there are all these superpowers, even as...Destructive as they can be, where are the heroes?

I want to be a hero.

Please give me the chance."

The portal behind Isa closes, revealing that he is actually on a local Tall Building or other tall construction that is currently unoccupied.  He backs away from the camera, and walks to the edge of the building, before jumping off.

Then, he launches out from under the lip of the building in a classic superhero flight pose, rocketing off into the distance in a parabolic arc.

The video's resolution is enough to show the portal he opens once he thinks he's gone far enough, though not where he went afterwards.

It cuts out after this, showing only a logo that looks like someone tiled Portal's portal indicators in a sort of wormholey pattern, alternating orange and blue around an empty center.  It is on a black background.

Below it, there are hashtags and (purpose-made) social media profiles.  The hashtags are as such:

"I am not a terrorist.  I will be a hero."

Jules looks blankly at the screen, then at the paper he received, then slowly facepalms.
"I'm gonna fucking regret this."

Kyle doesn't give much of a shit about what the portal guy did unless it lead people to himself. In fact, he left about halfway through the video, more interested in getting off the streets and into somewhere more secluded for the time being. He makes sure to keep an eye out for anything of interest, or small bits of scarp metal as he goes though.

Locke smiled gently at Isa's broadcast before really wanting to take the TV she luckily restrains herself and watches the whole thing.

Elise looks at the TVs. "...He better hope that Valve doesn't sue him." she mutters to herself, and maybe anyone else from the bus who was with her. She looks at her paper again. I hope I won't regret this.

[SOLDIER First]

Jules happens to be nearby. Why not.

"Hope who what?"

Just to be clear, the logo only contains the 'did you use this portal' thing, which is nothing more substantial than half an oval.

"Valve is a video game company. He's basically the player character from one of their games, with the whole blue and orange portals thing, and the logo is an edited version of something from that game."

Yeah I've played it as well it's fun didn't recognize the logo immediately though.So Elise you doing okay...also anywhere were I can clean up?
