Isa taps Elise on the shoulder and hands her a slip of paper that he just scrawled something on.

"Please do not follow me, Locke."

And with that, Isa falls through a portal, landing near Jules.

"Here.  If you want to meet up."

He proceeds to do a similar thing with the others he has met, leaving them a slip of paper.
