manipulate my own mind to turn off pain or deaden my nerves and try to make my brain activate my adrenaline glands and then break the handcuffs using the strength from adrenaline luckily I was stopped by a friend from doing this.

The chains holding Jules suddenly start to jerk and writhe about, straining against their supports. With a loud snap they break and his manacles open.
He gently floats to the "ground".

Elise sees that Locke person doing something- she can't tell what but it seems bad- and motions for her to stop. "H-Hold it, don't do anything drastic! I'll help!" She says, before touching each cuff. Locke would feel a substantial amount of pressure near where her arms were, before the cuffs are wrenched off by sheer gravitational force.

Thank you....what I was gonna do would have probably hurt a lot after a few hours..I can do mind stuff was gonna turn off pain and fill myself with adrenaline to break the handcuffs.

Isa beckons at...Everybody but Locke before a portal opens and he jumps through.  There is a blast of hot air from the outside world.
