The cuffs are too tight for any of you to jiggle out of. You do, however feel a rush of relief as your powers return. Suddenly, a loud bang is heard as what is now the top of the bus opens, and a woman jumps down. The man talking earlier about the situation would smile. "There's my girl," he would say. She would fire a blast of purple energy, and his chains would break. "Let's move, they have their powers back. Inhibitor guys are dead," the man would say. They would run out, leaving the rest of you still chained.

Kyle, knowing that none of the passengers would be quite dead yet stands suddenly, the metal binds on him easily moving with him and disconnecting from the seat like they were made of silly putty. He quickly exits the top of the bus to check on the officers that were transporting them. Though, realistically, he understood that they were probably dead now.
