Rules:
1. This game shall never have an official winner or official end condition
2. A player is anyone who has posted in this thread. Players may be either active or inactive, and are active by default.
3. If an inactive player posts in this thread, they become active.
4. If 3 days (72 hours) pass since a player's last post in this thread, they become inactive.
5. A player may vote either for, against, or abstain from voting on any given proposal. Inactive player are considered to be abstaining from all proposals while they are inactive.
6. If more than half of the players who have not yet abstained from voting on a proposal are voting for it, the proposal passes.
7. If at least half of the players who have not yet abstained from voting on a proposal are voting against it, the proposal fails.
8. If 3 days pass since a proposal is made and it is still open, all players who have not voted on it automatically abstain. This forces the proposal to either pass or fail.
9. players may not vote to pass proposals they know to be inconsistent with currently established facts.
10. All proposals and votes should noted as such in the subject box of a post.
11. Each proposal should be given a name, for the purpose of easy reference.
12. Players are obliged to include a vote count whenever they vote.
Facts:
1. There is a universe that, with exceptions made by future rules, has the same laws of physics as our own.
2. Dwarves exist and may never cease to exist as a race/species.
3. Dwarves are the ultimate brewers. None can brew better.
