https://blight.ironhelmet.comRighto. I am not good worth a crap for making game posts, so honestly you should probably just check out the website.
It's an online fantasy based board game with all of the usual races, (Human, Orc, Goblin, Troll, Dwarf, Elf and a few subraces.) It's got two ways of playing it. Multiplayer during which games can last up to a few weeks depending on how well the players play or single player.
It's a cooperative based game against a ai controlled race called the blight. Which is pretty much zombies that roam across the board, attack cities and murder em. The goal is to wipe out the blight. Blighted cities spawn the zombies based on how may corpses are in them. The blighted are actually stronger than most of the races and they can get heros that do interesting and often times horrifying effects to make the games harder on the players.
Your own forces are varied depending on the map. All players start with a certain amount of cards given to them by the game based on the map, and then a amount of cards given to them at start. You start off with 12 hero coins so I'd buy cards for the decks you like. Orcs+goblins+humans seem to be the most common races rolled on the maps I have played on so far but I've only been messing with this game for a day so take it with a grain of salt.
It does have a cash shop where you buy hero coins to get new cards for your 'decks' for the various races. You can also earn hero coins by winning multiplayer games.
I haven't played much beyond two quick games in singleplayer that I lost. Multiplayer seems like this is where it would shine. Shouldn't take more than a few minutes a day to actually do your turns. The multiplayer games are played in realtime, often with units taking hours to move to different areas.
