As the smoke covers the air and the rain drops fall onto the ground, obscuring everything in sight in a chaotic work of mother nature, the Wiki-Warrior PirateJoe loses sight of the Mob and the zombified mutts in the smog as this chaos erupts around him. Shrugging his shoulders with no care and little devotion, he walks around, craning his head side to side as he searches for more...prey to test Cirno's magic on. [7-2] He looks up to the rooftop to see the vaguest human shape possible. He doesn't see them well, but he sees them, and they're in the way...[9+2 v 6] Icicle after icicle magically forms above the figure, before coming down in a beautiful cascade of Ice Magic, stabbing and slamming into them with careful precision, yet also a display of brute force. You hear the figure groan and yell in pain, a distinctly female voice being the screamer as she feels the sting of shard after shard of ice stab into her. Joe swears he sees the figure slump over, but in the rain and smoke, it's hard to tell if that really even was a person. Joe then walks off, searching for more victims.

[9] Digital Demon springs up, his eyes wide in surprise for...several reasons. For one, he's not dead, which is a shock in of itself, but also, there's a woman in the get up of a detective standing there, dazed, with a jet parked right next to her. A jet. While sleek and stylish, it's also a jet, causing Demon to cautiously hide behind a car. With squinted eyes and a hand blocking his vision from the rain, he tries to find something that can help him. [1-2] But with a slip of the hand, and of the feet, Demon slips, [1] and knocks himself out again...[6]He regains consciousness not even 5 minutes later, and looks up, [7-2] spotting a car in the rain and what little smoke escaped. Dashing towards it, he sees that it's [3] a Smart Fortwo. A two seater clown car. "Whatever, it's not that bad.", he thinks to himself, before limping into the driver's side. Sitting down on the quite comfortable leather of the front seat, he looks around for any medical supplies. [9] He immediately spots a First Aid Kit under his seat which, combined with the red paint of the Smart car, makes it seem like a civilian's Paramedic vehicle. Popping it open, he sees [1] nothing. It's empty. It's more then empty, it's empty except for all the dust building up in it. Chucking it aside, he looks around for another one [1], but not only is there no Med Kit anywhere, the stress, combined with the bleeding, is beginning to make him dizzy. He needs help, and fast, or he'll die here.

Dolosus thought two things would never happen: He thought he wouldn't be dragged into this insane battle, and he thought he never would stare into the eyes of what was, for all intents and purposes, a zombie dog. Yet, both were not only happening, but they were happening because the other was happening. Joy. Dolosus turns his head to the right, spotting the entrance/exit through the rain and smoke. While giving a nod to Paulie, he then begins to run. [1] Before even running, one of the Colmillo grips onto his leg, drawing blood and causing Dolosus to fall onto the ground. He then turns to the dog, [8+2] He howls and roars at the dogs, scaring all of the dogs away into running out of the area. Standing back up on a now bleeding leg, he turns to Paulie and nods to him, to which Paulie points his Tommy Gun at the entrance.

As rain begins to fall, perhaps due to the appearance of the Operator, or simply the flames of the meteors burning the water in the sky, BiggerFish turns back to the Party Escort Bot, prepared for the Operator to show up yet again, says "I think I have a prior engagement. Unless we are within a couple feet of an Aperture Science Party Location.", with the Party Escort Bot responding with a cheerful voice, "We are not. But only because you haven't designated said Party Location.". Fish nods, before checking back in with Abigail. "Abigail, the Operator just showed up and was confusing. I need some advice here.", she says, before telling her what happened. "W-well, it seems like he m-means that whether or not we're going to meet with our n-number, he's important. I th-think he meant that he's part of the plan, so to speak.". BiggerFish responds with the affirmative, having stopped moving due to the Bot needing a Party Location.

((Auto'd 4+Combat=Instant Kill)) Icicles fall into Elephant Parade, the ice piercing her chest and skull with great force, killing her instantly.

In the presence of a Demon, no one would be able to think quickly, yet Beirus has a topic in mind. He says, "Have you ever become invested in anything during your trek, Legion? Or do you just wander without forming attachments?", genuinely curious about the topic. Legion doesn't look up, before saying, "On our trek? No. No human or beast of the Earth has captured our attention without being our enemy. Back in Hell, and throughout the parts of the Universe unseen? Yes. Lucifer, Mammon, Asmodeus, Leviathan, Beelzebub, Belphegor, and those of other parts of the other worlds. Beirus recognizes the names, with Lucifer and Beelzebub being, obviously, the names of the Princes of Pride and Gluttony, and Lucifer also being often considered as another name for Satan. The rest are familiar, though Beirus doesn't think of them right now as Legion is clearly waiting. Preparing to speak again, he thinks of more to say as the clear sky behind him bathes the world in the light of the Sun.

BSN: 10. Days. Holy crap, you guys are patient.

Sick of all the fog and smoke I searched for the building's exit, but not before freezing all the ammo in my new gun, after all, it might just help with accuracy...that or it would brake my gun....but who needs guns when you have danmaku?

As the cracked asphalt provides the same feeling of discomfort as meeting the Operator just minutes before, BiggerFish looks around the area slowly becoming engulfed in rain, with high hopes she'll leave the area soon. She looks up to the Party Escort Bot with her eyebrow raised inquisitively before asking two things to the android. "Where is the nearest potential Aperture Science Party Location? Where is the nearest Aperture Science Party Location owned by Aperture?", she asks, leading the droid to parse the queries presented to it. "To both queries: The Aperture Science Party Administrator, currently saved as "The Bigger Fish II" by (Insert Name Here), must set the official Aperture Science Party Location. so that the Aperture Science Party Escort Bot can properly set arrangements.". At that moment, Fish gets a call on her Bluetooth, to which she responds. Abigail is the one speaking, and judging by the way her voice is squeaking, she's more nervous then usual. "U-um, Fish? L-listen, I-I wanted to ask that, u-um...listen, u-um, if you s-survive this, and p-please do b-by the way, do y-you...want to go out for a m-movie? I-I can pick up s-something from a shop n-nearby, no o-one's running it, so...". As her voice stops, the request causes thoughts to turn in BiggerFish's head, trying to find a response. Before she can go thinking, though, the Party Escort Bot starts to drag her, again, [3] though no closer to the train.

As frustration builds in PirateJoe's head, his thoughts growing more and more hostile as the smoke and rain clouds the air around him, he searches for the exit while already outside, so that he may find a landmark to go back to should the need arise. [8-2] He sees the door leading out right behind him, the rain and smoke making it a bit harder to see, though it's proximity makes it obvious. As he's about to turn back, he gets the greatest idea he's ever had: he's going to freeze all of his bullets! ...Maybe greatest wasn't the best term for it. [2+2] He successfully freezes the ammo in his Reserve Mags, but when he freezes the magazine in the gun already, he finds the ice has broken each bullet into shards. He would need to reload if he wanted to use his idea.

As blood meets pavement, staining the ground with the crimson essence, Dolosus is about to walk off, when he almost trips due to the pain. Immediately, Paulie rushes by his boss's side, propping him up and helping him limp out. While walking through the dense smoke and rain, Dolosus searches for any Wiki-Warriors he can lay his eyes on. [5-2] Despite his best efforts, the environment simply can't allow it as no one enters sight of the injured Mob Boss, as Mother Nature ravages around him.

((Player Quit)) Demon, having had enough of all of this, sits down on the pavement, and submits, succumbing to his injuries. His final thoughts speak volumes as to his feelings, "I would curse my rotten luck, and I have...but in the peace of this eternal sleep? I'm just glad it's over..."
Digital Demon has peacefully passed away in the Parking Lot.

((Idle)) ATHATH looks over and spots the corpse of Demon in the rain, but chooses not to investigate as she continues leaning.

As the thoughts of Legion's past creep into Beirus's mind, leaving more questions then answers, Beirus decides he needs them answered. Gesturing with his hand still in the Alphonse Elric gauntlet, he asks, "You never get bored in your wandering? Or is this one of those things where your purpose and greater plans for the future keep you occupied?". Legion doesn't even flinch for a second, quickly answering, "Boredom is a luxury. It it something that shows complacence; you have grown too comfortable to explore. Our occupations is in what we have in store for humanity. For Jericho, The Operator, and even Exodus itself. You have heard the prophecy fortold by Astrid, yes? We imagine you wish to know who Exodus is. We can not say, though what we can is that with their rebirth, every alternate Universe and Timeline that exists will be under their boot.", causing more questions to hits Beirus's brain as the sun hangs in the sky behind him.

BSN: Hoo boy.

1.: To Demon: I guess that's that. If you ever want to come back at some point, you can. But don't think me saying that is stopping you. If you want to stop for good, that's also fine. All that matters to me is that you're going to have fun.

2.: To Everyone: Yikes, that turn length. Yeah, sorry about the wait. Like I said, School and a low amount of Players right now. I'll start putting the current Chapter in the title ~~because I'm an attention whore~~ for simplicity's sake

Grumbling I reloaded my gun and left the building, if I saw anyone I would bullet hell them and shoot them in a double attack!...because why not give them even more danmaku/dakka/bullets/ect to dodge.

With what sounds like nervous mumbling over the Bluetooth speaker, and the feeling of raindrops hitting her face, BiggerFish takes a few seconds to formulate her response to Abigail asking her out. Finally, she simply responds, "Yes, Abigail. It's a date.", calmly, yet warmly. Abigail pauses for a moment, before sighing in relief. "Really? O-Oh, thank you! I-It's a date, then.", she says, and from her tone of voice, Fish can only guess she has the biggest smile in history. Looking back up to the Party Escort Bot, she asks, "Where is the nearest Aperture Science facility?". [9] "The closest Aperture Science branch is located in Okayama, Japan.", says the Party Escort Bot, before continuing to drag Fish towards the station to Okayama, the scratching of the asphalt and the pitter patter of rain starting to bother her due to the sheer amount of time spent there.

With a grumble, a sigh, and the sound and sight of an ejected Magazine, complete with the sound of ice smashing further and further on the ground, PirateJoe has made his displeasure at the situation clear as rain, same with the weather around him. Trying his best to be careful with the ice bullets, he tries to reload his new gun. [10] He not only reloads the gun, but he also finds one Ice Bullet having survived both shatterings, and thus pops into the chamber, increasing his ammo capacity by one. He then begins hunting down other Wiki-Warriors, ready to fire on them. [9-2] He sees two humans in the darkness, their outfits resembling Mobsters with one seemingly being dragged out by another. After not only reloading an empty gun, but popping an extra round in the chamber, he does have enough time to fire on them, and so he hoists his gun up. [10-2 (Visibility) v. 3-2 (Caught by Surprise)] [5-2 v. 3] Aiming first for the Mobster aiding his injured friend, he aims center mass and fires off his extra round, the frosted metal whizzing through the air and smacking into said figure's chest, appearing to either pierce a lung or an important artery as the figure instantly collapses to it's knees, yelling in pain, before hitting the ground and beginning to twitch. Even through everything being obscured, Joe swears he sees blood beginning to pool. He then aims at the injured one, who then ducks before beginning to limp for cover. Grumbling, Joe begins walking towards them...

With the sound of gunshots smashing through flesh echoing through the air, and rain falling onto the ground and metal in the parking lot, ATHATH finally reveals what her leaning really meant as she chucks an unseen cigar through the air, discarding it onto the asphalt before snuffing it with her foot. Looking around, she identifies car after car, from the current land of Japan to all the way in Canada. Shouldn't knock Canadian cars. Veronica loves 'em. Patriotism and all. With a glare and what seems like standard noir music, her left eye has it's pupil and iris turn from black and what seems like hazel to black and a variant of standard grey, thus activating her Private Eye. Using it, she scans around for both hidden trinkets and whatever weapons she can find. [9] [8] She finds a couple of things that aren't really weapons, or at least don't seem to be. In one car, she finds a book, it's pages glowing a rich blue color save for the first page. It seems the brilliant glow isn't a side effect of her Private Eye ability, but rather part of the book itself. In another car, she finds a grocery bag filled with food and drink, along with a gas can on the floorboards. Looking to her right, she spots her weapon: a Wakizashi in the trunk of a car. With all of those in mind, ATHATH dusts her jacket off before shutting her Private Eye off. She then jumps up and enters the jet, looking for any parachutes. [1] She not only finds no parachutes, but it seems she has no fuel as well. Sighing, ATHATH resigns herself to having a long day.

Seconds earlier...
As the Mafioso and his boss walk through Mother Nature's wrath, or more accurately one being dragged through her cold glare, Dolosus begins to muse to himself. "I swear to God Paulie, what did I ever do to deserve this shit?", he says, leading Paulie to pause for a second before saying, "Well, boss. With all due respect, we both live outside the law. Think it's trouble now, wait until-". Suddenly, a loud bang hits their eardrums as Paulie screams in pain. The only thing that silences his screams being him choking up blood as he collapses onto the ground. "P-PAULIE?!", he yells out, before another shot sends him right into cover. Getting out and getting medical aid will have to wait. He looks over to Paulie. He seems to be alive, but with the blood pool forming under him and the only movement being twitching, the only being gasping as well, he needs help now.

As it turns out, no questions have actually entered the brain of Beirus, the Disgraced Alchemist satisfied with the information he has now, merely saying, "Interesting. I suppose that means I should get back to hunting soon, before I grow too complacent. Is there any topic you want to discuss?" as a response. Legion finally looks up to Beirus, possibly as a sign of them taking their leave, to which Beirus sees his or their face. Red scales and more black blood and scarred maroon flesh cover them, while also including sharp teeth. Like before, it shows crimson eyes and maroon pupils, with the whites of the eyes replaced with black. A crown of horns adorn their scalp. "Huh. With all the mystery, I thought you had something to hide.", says Beirus, only for Legion to grin. "It is merely our face. Yet, we do have something to hide.", they say. Before Beirus can ask what they mean, they suddenly light on fire, quickly disappearing into the flame. [10] Beirus, on pure intuition, guess that this was some sort of magic transportation, quickly being confirmed by the voices continuing to echo through the area. At that, he then investigates his new gun, before setting it down and preparing to use his powers. [10+3+2] He creates a brand new shotgun. Fully automatic with four barrels, each barrel having a magazine each. Each magazine holds 100 armor piercing, incendiary rounds. Perfect for one of the most powerful Alchemists around...

So, I think I may add the reload timers from TCM's Wikipedia Wars:

Short Reload: Handguns. Can do every action after reload.

Moderate Reload: Shotguns, Assault Rifles, Sniper Rifles, and Revolvers. Can only do actions revolving around shooting and/or moving.

Long Reload: Machine Guns, RPGs. Can only either shoot or move after reload, not both.
