Well, regardless of whether I'm waitlisted or not, here's a sheet.

Name: Elise Taylor

Gender: Female.

Age: 20

Power: Gravity, although only her own. She could for example “fall up” by reversing her own gravity, but she could not make someone else do the same.

Background: Elise was, like many Conduits or ‘bio-terrorists’, a sort-of normal person. She had good grades, and a promising future as an architect. She had been visiting a construction site for career experience- seeing how the architect’s plans are actually implemented- when she fell off of the seventh floor. Purely on instinct, she used her power to save herself from the fall. Too bad that there were several witnesses. Elise had fainted from the shock of the fall and then from finding out her power, and when she awoke she was being transported to the facility.

Also, I don't know if they have any in-universe power nullifiers, but if they don't they might just keep the more dangerous or ones with abilities for an easy escape on sedatives or something so they couldn't focus enough to use their powers.

But at least I actually gave a reason for her to be on a tall building instead of just "random tall building"

You make no mention of a destroyed town anywhere in the backstory. You actually don't give any backstory beyond "He likes Portal. He fell off of a wrecked building and discovered he had portal powers."

IIRC, they DO have power nullifiers though, so the point is moot.

I don't mention the 'destroyed town' thing because I thought that was the ending we were in?  Or did I misread something.

I think the only ways to "nullify" a Conduit are the Ray Field Inhibitor (read: really big Kill Every Conduit Everywhere button), putting them in whatever counters their element if applicable like Cole's water allergy, knocking them out and keeping them that way, or a really big amount of bullets.

We might be safe to assume this jail uses the latter method.

And also no, we're set in wherever this jail is, because nowhere got blown to bits in this ending, except wherever Delsin's tribe was. And the DUP leader's face.

I'm not sure if that's the case. IIRC, the original smoke dude, whatever his name was, mentions they locked the various Conduits in ways that stopped their powers, but it didn't seem to be specifical elemental weakness from the flashback, just some really fancy hand-cuffs and shit.

Dunno, though. I might be wrong, I'm no expert on InFamous.
