By the way, I feel like just personal gravity powers would be a bit... underpowered. Really all that would do would allow for better flight than other powers, and going off of Infamous: Second Son, most power sets have a way of flight anyway.

Ever heard of Gravity Rush? Maybe Elise could have powers like the protagonist of that game?

Part of it, but she has more than that. She can make a small field of changed gravity around her, and pick things up with that, for example.
