When you say "casual clothes" there can be different kinds of casual disguises. A hobo would look out of place in a good neighbourhood. A well dressed clean-shaven young man would be out of place in a sleazy neighbourhood. An elderly man (wigs and facial props) with a bag of groceries can fit in anywhere.

Change of shoes is also important in this business. Clean tennis shoes is a textbook tradition, and any other shoes for traveling. You don't want foreign soil on your work shoes to pin you as coming from a certain place. And the tennis shoes are usually disposed of immediately after the job.

By default, we're going yuppie-casual. Your targets initially shocked the world when their sub-urban yuppie backgrounds were revealed.

Cara buys herself a nice blouse for 50 bucks, and some girl-trouses, jackets, windbreakers, tennis shoes and trainers. She spends a total of 400 on some proper casual clothes.

Sean Patrick gets himself some fashionable young person's clothes. A good casual shirt, pants, jackets, windbreakers, tennis shoes and trainers. He spends 400 as well.

An additional 50x2 dollars is spent on fashionable winter gloves, keeping with the yuppie look. Another 100.

They both spend a total of 2000 for the ID, and 5000 for one credit card, coming up to a total of 7000 for documents.
