I've seen Owlbread say the vote was mostly motivated by racism, but that's not the same as saying any anti-immigration rethoric is racist. It's quite a claim though.

I've also said that in my opinion, the leave campaign has used dog-whistling to appeal to racist voters using immigration. Again, not the same as saying that all anti-migrants are racists, or even that most leavers are.

Uh the main point that the guy is making is that the amount of immigrants to the USA is tiny compared to the amount of poor people, but he does imply that they will have a huge effect on the social infrastructure of the USA, which is somewhat contradictory.
