It's nice to just be a spectator in political shenanigans for once.

Also cos the Brexin one is not self explanatory, they're lots and lots of David Camerons being stronger together

Brexit is currently leading. My impression of the pattern at the moment is 60% Remain in Scotland/Northern Ireland, 60% Leave in England. I have no idea what's going on anymore. I'm expecting Brexit to do very well in South Wales too.

As an aside, there's a few indications of serious problems facing Remain at the moment - you were really relying on Scotland having such a high turnout that we could swing things regardless. The problem is turnout isn't nearly as good up here as was expected. Considering how much England is swinging in favour of Brexit right now, things aren't looking good for Remain. The situation in Scotland is so poor that Dumfries and Galloway might actually have voted Leave - I mean, they're very Conservative down there, that's not exactly surprising but really, you need a 100% Scottish victory to succeed comfortably.

EDIT:

North Antrim in Northern Ireland voted very resoundingly in favour of Brexit. Lagan Valley too. Oh god. What have you done, Remain Campaign? You lost the Ulsterman's vote. You can't rely on the Catholic vote alone to swing this. That's pretty huge, my impression was that backing the EU was the one thing that united Northern Irish politics at the moment.

London's a mix, but what's significant is that their pro-remain counties are really, really populous (also why it takes longer for them to count)

I think we're going to have to wait till 4AM or 5AM to get the bulk of the results, 2-3 seems optimistic now

Kinda reminds me of an inverted version of the 1948 election.

So we butcher them and build a 4chan tallow soap tower as a monument to our greatness?

One of the things I like is that everyone from all sides are learning something new today

Whether we are capable of surviving the high salinity levels following the result is another issue

*EDIT
Beeb poll tracker man has said Leave has done better than expected (by 10pts), and London will have to get 70% remain to balance things out. For London, that should be achievable
