Backstory: Amelia is a traveling scholar who appeared in Harker's Ford due to intrigue and concern over the medicinal properties of the plants growing therein--over rumors spread by word of mouth and testimony of deed from around five years post-creation and marking on the map. Being given a stipend of payment, she has ventured by herself bound on academic leave from the country's university to make a personal investigation for the betterment of the people, and if proven untrue, for the catalog and identification in the relevant field. While knowledgeable in many ways she could defend herself and personally a practitioner of martial training, Amelia felt at home in Harker's Ford due to its tranquil and peaceful nature; she found herself in the midst of what the city lacked--silence of the mind and the ability for her to muse on many insights the pressure of the city inhibited.
