Well I'm only doing dudes who are existent during the 769 and 867 starts, as they were the two most popular start dates...

However, noticed a problem. If we want to all start as dukes, depending on how many folk we get playing, we need to do either the Abassids or the Byzantines as no other entity (except if we consider the two Francia's in 769, and maybe the Ummayads) only have a couple of duke titles... so perhaps we need to discuss that.

Four choices seems like sufficient for a poll.

That's why I suggested Byzantine.

I also think we should have the right to fuck each others up, except for revokation of duchy titles, because that could be abused by the Emprah.

Well, upon the first revoke, I would hope everybody else would join a "Fuck the Emprah" faction, then dispose of him/her/it.

I think the problem with the duchy thing is that it removes a players ability to vote. At least, I'm pretty sure that's how empire elective works. I think that if your the emperor you should probably know better then to agitate the noble hordes that have the ability to castrate and blind, but I'm sure someone would try it.

Ah... sorry. New poll. Got distracted doing another single county Nomad game, thought it would last another 30 minutes but I survived and went on a bit of a tear :))

So... those are the choices, though I think in the 867 start Francia is split between feckin' everyone.

It did, but the 867 start was one vote behind, so I just lumped them together. 75% of the vote went toward one of those...

I didn't actually look at pagans, but they're all mostly different buggers aren't they? Also tribal; not sure if folk want to start out like that.

Or convert the Muslims to a different religion so that we can do elective. Like Zunism. :v
