So I just noticed my animal training a masterfully trained GCS, which doesn't make much sense.
Please restrict the job to animals that are trained less well.

(I know, I know, I could just stick them in a cage. But there's already 50 or more GCS in cages, and there's only so much game pausing 'a GCS has reverted to wild state!' spam that I can handle)

Can't you just remove training from that animal?
Press t in animal menu, you know.

I handle the reversion spam by modifying announcement.txt (I think that's the name) to just give a notice rather than pause and recenter. While I'm at it, I remove that from births, moods, and artifact creations as well.

I've noticed a trainer training my masterfully trained gremlin, finish the job, and two seconds later another dorf decides that same gremlin needs retraining.
(I've "solved" this problem by hacking the gremlins to be fully tame after they've been citizens for 10+ years with a lot of micro management to work around training of citizens who prefer to haul stuff rather than go to training).

I could.. But then I'll forget to turn it back on in time, and have an angry GCS rampaging about
