EDIT: School Sheets have been updated check for mistakes, especially the four schools that played before JANA and Kyoto, since i lost the sheets with which crews were injured how, you might have mroe crippled crewmembers than youw ould actually have so check that.
Also Jana recieves 200 extra points for breaking the Gentlemans Agreement and shooting and Crew on Foot.
Kyoto recieves 200 extra points for helping Crewmembers despite that.

I think he wanted us to all spend points at the same time, which would mean 1 or two more games (No clue how he is going to finish the round up with three more players ).

Hiring Green Crew= 1 Gunner/Driver/Captain

So, for example, in the last game I lost several tanks completely. I also lost a Leader. To replace an empty tank, I can Hire 3 Gunners+Drivers+Captains letting me replace three tanks, or Hire A Green Crew replacing a single tank. However, to replace the single lost leader, I must hire 3 captains and let two sit it out.

I was doing that before the game even started.

Anyway, I think that they can still get skills up if they sit out, at least if you having a training building. Having a couple of spares is probably helpful in the long run.

By the way, do we have to keep crew members in their crews? I see no reason for it, and would like to have experienced members in my better tanks.
