((Oh right, almost forgot. I'm losing my grip on things.))
Name: Sarx
Race & Gender: Human, female
Occupation: Royal Guard
Armor: Padded clothes.
Weapons: Longsword.
Description: A tall light skinned and light haired woman with light grey blue eyes. Her hair goes down to the small of her back. She's well muscled and wears padded clothing. She was adopted as a ward of the castle/place and well treated. They found her talent for combat in training, as all wards needed knowledge of self defense in case the castle was ever under attack. She was trained for the royal guard.
((Hm... I'm not going to accept it just yet, I'll just ask some questions, because she's not quite fitting in here.))
((So is her training incomplete? If it's complete, why would she only be given padded armor and a sword?
Also, no long swords, those swords have yet to be developed. All swords instead are one handed. So you might want a shield.
Except... hm... Actually, that's an interesting idea.))
Two Handed SwordThis is a new kind of sword, not common. If you want one, you'll have to have it specially crafted. Because of this, there's no solid price on it.
The two handed sword has a longer blade, but also a longer tang, so the balance is still the same, but it's also heavier.
It deals 4 DMG instead of 3, so it gives you more damage, at the cost of being able to use a shield.
Also, it's a pain to sheathe, you'll have to carry the scabbard over your shoulder, because of length.
((Okay, made a rule for a two handed sword, so the option is there.))

Nix rushes outside, to try and catch up to the Flame Man.
The shield of the Flame Man is extinguished, but there's some strange heat radiating from it.
Nix: d20 = 14
Flame Man (Barely Standing): d20 = 5
Nix manages to get close enough to throw his third and last javelin.
Nix: d20 = 16
It flies through the air and hits the Flame Man in the back, who falls to his knees.
"
One of many."
"
D-damn."
He falls forward, planting his face in the dirt.
Outside the Great Skull Inn is the village of Lindfall, named such because of a Wyvern (specifically, a Lindworm) that was slain here, said to be big enough to eat people whole.
There's a number of buildings around, even a village well. You can easily recognize the Alderman's building, as it's decorated, in contrast to the plain houses around here.
There's also a shrine nearby, for the worship of the Celestial (Sun, Moon, and Stars). The Celestial can bestow great boons upon you, for a price.
Then there's the barracks and village blacksmith. The village militia is busy training, just in case the dragon attacks, can never be too careful.
The blacksmith is usually occupied just fixing the village tools, and even making new ones from time to time.
But with the influx of people, he has made some openings in his schedule for weaponsmithing.
There's a market in view too, where padded armor, shields, axes, spears, javelins, swords, and knives are made. There's also a bowyer, he sells bows and arrows.
"
Oy, Flame Guy, why're you burnin'?"
"
D-damn you."
A Harpy watched the spectacle, and is now lightly kicking the body of the Flame Man.
Harpies, like women, but with wings, and quite greedy. They're fast and agile, but also weak and fragile.
Harpies are exclusively female, somehow, it's not entirely certain how they reproduce. Also, their wings and arms are separate, so they can still use weapons,
Her feathers are reddish brown, and she got quite the wingspan, even for a Harpy.
Flame Man is still on fire, though it seems mostly like normal fire.
((Yeah, I sorta made you throw the javelin anyway, because I thought you would.
Anyway, you have 3 javelins by default, as I find that to be a good number.))
