Cromwell chooses justice, as is his wont.

And it's a bloody big wont too, so everyone had better keep out the damn way.

Oh yeah, and all these items are unique, so if multiple people want the same thing, you'll have to fight to the death roll for it.

Buster picks the Rubber, because he wants the extra padding for high impact crashes.

Suddenly, you all find yourselves in a small, pentagon-shaped room. Inset in each of the five walls is an automatic sliding door. The walls themselves are lined with whirring machinery and important-looking pipes. Above your heads are a series of catwalks, and above that is a glass roof, through which you can see space, and a familiar red planet; Mars.
In the center of the room, there is a great pile of corpses, all wearing what appear to be maintenance uniforms. Your hands are bound in front of you with electronic handcuffs, on which a display counts down from 5 seconds.

Ollie:
Clutched in your left hand is a rather massive and ornate handgun. [Adaptability: 3] You notice that on the side of the gun is a picture of a rather angry man in a nice... sailor cap or something?

Misha:
You appear to be wearing either a large backpack or a parachute. [Adaptability: 6] Before you can react, metal tendrils emerge from holes in the backpack, and tear apart your restraints. [Toughness: 2] This understandably freaks you out, and you fall right on your fat ass. You're now free, but laying on the ground.

Sir Jorge:
In one of you hands, you're carrying a small dagger, inscribed with glowing arcane symbols. Not a sword, but you can work with this. [Adaptability: 3] You get the feeling you could open things up with this.

Buster:
You would appear to be holding a small one-handed hammer, with a massive stone head. [Adaptability: 2] It feels too heavy to use effectively as a weapon.

Jürgen:
You have a small electronic device strapped to your chest, which glows with an internal green light. [Adaptability: 6] A small green bubble appears around you (which only you can see, though you might not realize) that appears to move with your thoughts. Neato.

A few of the corpses in the center of the room being to shudder and move.

Use Ripper to open my restraints. Then see what else Ripper can do. Kill any zombies that get to close while screaming about the saving their souls through killing them.

"Right! As the military commander here, I suggest you all listen to me, and we may get to safety with nobody important dying. Knight-like fellow, you can be my second in command, better get slashing! You bruisers, get on either side of me, I'll use the firearm, you cover the sides. And you across from me, come over here, Sir, and bring that automaton with you, it might come in useful."

Back into the nearest corner, discharge my firearm at the first corpse.
