The Kingdom of Sicily wonders why the SNARE requires explicit codification of what would have seemed to be an implicitly-true state; there would be no reason for Sicilian fleets to enter the Libyan Sea, for instance, save for war with the SNARE, and likewise for Egyptian fleets in the Adriatic.  Given the treaties signed between our nations, our mutual friendship is beyond question.  Nonetheless, in the spirit of making our cooperation explicit in these matters as well, rather than relying on the imprecision of that which had only seemed implicit, the Sicilian government is perfectly willing to accede to the Egyptian request.

Considering that the Caliphate of Cordoba appears to already be fully committed, Nordmark respectfully withdraws its offer of a Trade Pact to them.

We then propose agreements on either Trade or Research to the Representatives of France and the Swiss Confederation.
