FAFNiR taps her chin once. "An interesting opportunity. May I request to be able to view my alternate self as well?"

"Wait, who do you work for?"

"Sure but you're going to have to come to the gym, can only open one of these at a time, and obviously I'm already using one. Don't worry, it's just across the street."
An arm points towards the door, where the gym presumably is.

[TheBiggerFish]

"Oh.  He works for himself.  Duh."

[SOLDIER First]

Amei nods and backs off a generous distance.
"My name is Amei."

"Sure but you're going to have to come to the gym, can only open one of these at a time, and obviously I'm already using one. Don't worry, it's just across the street."
An arm points towards the door, where the gym presumably is.

"Hm. It seems as though my temporary mistress is not in any significant danger in this place..." She stands up. "So be it then, Sir...?"

"Technically if you were using that archaic terminology you'd know me by Johnson, but I'd prefer it if you just called me Kyle. And any other me you see as well for that matter."

"Oh.  He works for himself.  Duh."

"Yep, we all do. It's like communism but it actually works."

With a nod, FAFNiR heads to the gym.

"No relation to Cave Johnson, I presume."

From across the street, it seems like a pretty average gym. It does boast that it has facilities that 'simulate real gladiatorial combat' and can 'even fit 10-29 stories tall creatures*'. She would note that the building is only a few stories tall. Must be fucky dimensional shit.

"No relation to Cave Johnson, I presume."

There's silence from the portal for a few moments before the response comes.
"The fact that Mr. Johnson provides the Real FeelŪ robots is only a coincidence and not indicative of the fact that he owns our asses in multiple dimensions where Aperture Science incorporated is based. At least not in this dimension."

"I wasn't expecting THAT.  One moment while I squee about portal guns."

The robot blinks before heading in and looking around the inside.
