Call.....succeeds. Huh.
((Unless Twin picks it up, however, she's only going to get a dial tone.))

Makoto does indeed pick up "Hello?" says the familiar voice.
Anna waits for Alanis to say something, not sure where to drive the conversation next.
Assuming they got there things, Violet, Sakura, and Sora begin drinking their respective drinks.

"Uh...Yeah.  I'm out of conversation topics.  Except the rift that just spat out yet another visitor.

And I have no clue who or what it is, so, yeah, not much conversation topics."

[Twinwolf]

"Why does this always happen with me...?" Anna says, sitting down across from Alanis.

The previously gun-handed girl peers at Alan(is), as if putting everything that can be seen about him/her to memory.

"Hey, Makoto. It's Emi. Where are you?"

[Twinwolf]

"Hey, Emi. Just getting ready to head to school. First day, you know? Got to get there early to start setting things up."

Alanis ignores the stare.

"Agreed."

The redhead with the beret at the counter finally speaks up.

"We don't keep the alcohol on the premises until four, so even if I wanted to take the money, I honestly can't give you any."

[SOLDIER First]

"If they were, they wouldn't last very long."

"Good point.
..I feel like I'm forgetting something..
...Oh, right. Food. Huh."

She places her hands on her temples and closes her eyes. "It's fine, Momon. Don't punish the innocent for the actions of someone else, Momon. Do no harm, Momon. Do you at least have some sort of tea?"The redhead walks over to the counter. "Miss, do you know where this establishment is located? Please specify city/town, state, country, continent and planet."

[Adragis]

"Yeah, uh, I can't actually be there today."
Emi's expression is that of abject despair over having to abandon her precious school council, although Makoto can't see it over the phone lines.
"Something's come up, so I might be a few days or even weeks late. I'd say more, but I'm not precisely sure what's going on."
