For her part, the girl manning the counter doesn't laugh.
"Right this way, sir."
Yuri guides Larissa and Duncan to separate, but close tables. He then turns to the newcomer.
"Ah. Welcome to Arcadia Paradise, good sir."

Captain Grimm await for their service, in their default states of sitting up high and grumbling into their phones, respectively.

[SOLDIER First]

The unhappy person wanders (unhappily, might I say) past the crowd around Yuri and into the corner with the scowling woman. He doesn't seem to notice her and sits down at a nearby table.

Larissa sits with rather more of a sense of etiquette than back in her school days. Let's hope it extends ti her eating habits.

Ian for his part wanders around a bit observing the decor. Really he's trying get a fel for if the food will be shit, but there's no reason for anyone to know that. He pauses as he walks by the scowling woman. After a moment of thought he speaks to her.
"Do I... know you from somewhere?"

[Dustan Hache]

Yuri guides Larissa and Duncan to separate, but close tables. He then turns to the newcomer.
"Ah. Welcome to Arcadia Paradise, good sir."

"Thanks, I guess. where exactly am I, geographically?"

"You are in the Endless City. Enjoy your stay. If you will excuse me, I must apologise, but I have to tend to my customers. If you wish to come in, one of my colleagues will serve you.

Have a good day!"
Yuri smiles at the newcomer and then turns to Duncan and Larissa.
"My colleagues will be here to serve you shortly. Miss Heller, I'm dreadfully sorry, but I must be off. I promise, we can talk when I am off work."
With that, they leave, as two girls approach Duncan and Larissa respectively, dressed in rather nice and functional dresses as waitresses. They stalk off into a door presumably leading to the kitchen behind the counter.

The one who approaches Larissa has light-blue, almost ice-like hair, tied in two ponytails behind her head, with cool, steely eyes.
"Good morning. What would you like?"

The one who approaches Duncan has brown hair, curled in some spots, and she seems incredibly nervous, as if she's new to the job.
"H-hi! C-can I...t-take your order?"
The scowling woman doesn't look at the unhappy person. They barely give Ian a look, too.
".....maybe."

[Adragis]

Larissa looks through the menu hastily, before remembering something she heard once.
"Um... what do you recommend?"

Ian blinks once before sitting at her table.
"Nice to see you too Maeve. How's your sister?"

[TCM]

"Is service here normally this slow?" Jerry asks no one and everyone simultaneously.

"All of the food is good."
"She's my cousin.

And she's fine."
"Gee, maybe if you asked the person at the counter, maybe you'd get service faster?"
The girl at the counter seems far less prepared to deal with his crap than anyone else.

Ian nods.
"That's good.... what brings you here? The city I mean, obviously you came to the restaurant to eat."
His eyes scan the area, though they occasionally flick back to Maeve. Her presence being more than a little distracting.

still rather confused, he would sit down and look at the menu, away from all the others. Was he dreaming or something?

Lionan stands from his chair almost fast enough to knock it over and stands half-behind Ian.
"Maeve?"
