Kina is following Alan's line of sight.

Alan doesn't really notice.

Kina turns to Alanis.
"You know what he's doing?"

"I think he's watching her.  Must know her from something I didn't get to..."

[IamanElfCollaborator]

"Oh. Cool. She might be taken, is all I'm thinking."

[TheBiggerFish]

"Really?  Huh.  What makes you think that?"

Alan's still not really noticing Kina.

[Sl4cker]

"Hm. quite the stuff you have here. Compliments to the brewer, I suppose." Taking another drink, Momon would look around and see who was around here, now that she had calmed down... somewhat.Narrowing her eyes an imperceptible fraction, FAFNiR would try to at least find out what date or time it is, and potentially how to get out of the Endless City.

The cafè's interior seems larger than the building on the outside. The furniture seems quite plain, but tasteful, with round tables and metal chairs with floral backrests. A TV is mounted over the glass counter at the back of the room, behind which stands a girl with auburn hair kept under a blue headband, who seems to be rapping on the counter with her fingers.

At the counter is sat a woman with red hair bound in a ponytail, poring over a notebook of some sort, in a brown leather coat with a small pen tucked upon her ear, facing away from the front. A man sits near the front of the cafè, scribbling furiously at a notepad with what appears to be a storyboard, adjusting his glasses and slicking back his black hair. In the corner, a black-haired woman seems to glower at everyone else, with what appears to be a translucent black leotard and tights, the only concession to modesty being a thin metal breastplate. Finally, sitting on a table beside the illustrator is a blonde woman with hair done up in curls, dressed in a white blouse and short brown skirt. She seems to be enjoying a cup of tea, oblivious to the newcomers.

Judging by the lack of particular attention being paid by the waitresses to them, they all seem to be regulars.

Is what Momon sees.
"Well, they always hang out together."
Kina motions to the black-haired man doing some illustrating.
It is currently March 1, 20XX. Oh, and there's a bus station that can take you out of town and back, literally just about ten minutes on foot.

Well.

That was anticlimatic.

"Really?  Who's he?"

[IamanElfCollaborator]

"Shinji Furukawa. Small-time mangaka. The guy fought a bear off with one hand, would you believe it?"

[SOLDIER First]

A young woman clad in a green tunic enters the cafe. Possibly the most striking things about her are the sword and shield strapped across her back.
She sits down at an empty table with practiced ease.

"No, not really."

Alan looks surprised at something.

she dies
Haruka wheels up to her.
"Welcome to the Arcadia Paradise cafè, how may I help you?"
"It's why he's got the glove. The bear got him pretty good."
Kina muses.
"Then again, I might be wrong. None of us except the boss really know Lies that well."

"Where's she from, anyway?"

"She's from here, like most of us."
