Amei was actually addressing either of them, but she's fine with that.
"It's very nice out, isn't it? I always love days like this."

[Empiricist]

"Yep, but I'm fine with most other weather too, so long as it isn't too hot or wet. Always nice to be outside, but maybe it's just because I spend too much time cooped up indoors."
She smiles, a more polite, restrained smile than that she wore on the phone.

[SOLDIER First]

"I suppose I'm indoors pretty often too."

[Adragis]

Larissa nods again, and obediently enters heaven.

"Oh, really? I wouldn't have thought that with all your gear and clothing. Guess I shouldn't be that surprised with some many world intersecting here. Oh! I didn't catch your name! Mine's Maya, what's yours?"

[SOLDIER First]

"I'm Amei. It's nice to meet you, Maya.
Oh, sorry. I didn't mean inside buildings. Or, not exactly."

[Empiricist]

"Oh, so you're an adventurer, right? You definitely look like one, more than most people I know at least. Work here in City? Or back in your own world? I'm guessing back home, since I haven't really heard of much dangerous stuff to do here. Not that I go looking for that sort of thing of course."
