You can attempt to send out signal pulses and see if any other Agents pick up if you wanted, or you can decide to go with your own plans for now.

Lear's temporary shelter is more or less like any other survivor's tent, slowly becoming permanent despite lacking many comforts. Entering, the goat sees the familiar bedding, clothes, and personal effects. He stoops down to his sleeping area. He checks to make sure he is secluded. Seeing so, he proceeds to transfer all of the book's content into his backpack. Lear then shuts the cover of the book and stows it under his bedding. The goat exits the tent and walks past those huddling by the fires, those little ones trying to play, and those struggling. Lear tries to focus and checks if he can bring up a map of the city onto his HUD.

The AR Map appears around you without a problem. Surrounding your position with miniature high-rise buildings and point of interests. Right next to you is a building helpfully marked as 'ZPD HQ'.

Exits to other districts are also marked on the map. And besides yourself, 4 other Division Agents are also marked on the map nearby. 3 of them seems to have gathered together inside the ZPD HQ while the other one is further away inside the building. Likely unaware of the gathering agents unless they checked the map too.

While the three agents exchange pleasantries and comm channel codes, one of the ZPD wolf officers came over to see what's up. No doubt a gathering of armed animals inside a shelter calls for some concern, but since Tenno is there and he's a ZPD too, they're much more relaxed. Plus the Bear looks like legit military as well so that helps.

Tenno recognizes the wolf as Officer Ritter.

"Everything alright over here, gentlemen?" He asks the gathered Agents.

Seeing that three agents seemed to gathered in same impromptu meeting spot, Lear guesses the lone agent is probably uninformed. The goat heads into ZPD HQ and tries to locate the lone agent.

You re-entered into the building to see the three agents being approached by a Wolf ZPD Officer and asked a question, though what, you weren't sure.

It seems that the other agent is upstairs in one of the rooms.

You head up the stairs for your search. There's a few remaining ZPD Officers here, and they didn't stop you as your waypoint leads you to the outside of a converted meeting room that's been turned into a situation room.
