I think fellah could be asking for either a layout of the place (i.e. where things are relatively located) or an actual description of the place (i.e. what it looks like).

Name: Queen Sheera Lavender XVII

Gender/Sex: Female

Race: Lotus Psilon

Age: 777

Appearance: Some kind of weird alien humanoid plant thing. She has six arms, two legs, and a tail. Her skin seems human at first, but its too soft, too flawless and too not-human-feeling to be flesh. Some sections of her body seem to be made of cell walls in plants with pedals acting as a 'dedicated clothing' for the important parts. Her head is...odd, to say the least. It's human on the bottom half, and plant-ish on the upper half (Rosemon would be an example). She doesn't wear much except for a long lavender t-shirt. Her antennae are spread out somewhat, and stick out of her head at 45 degree angles.

Backstory: The seventeenth Crowned Sovereign Royal of the Lavender Monarchy, Sheera is, or was, known as the People's' Regal, for her open-door policy and ease of access with the locals. Because of this, she isn't very popular with the Royal Magistrate, but seeing as how she's no longer home, none of that really matters.

Abilities: As with all species under the 'Psilon' superset, Sheera's powers are mainly to do with spiritual, metaphysical and astral affairs. Being an alien plant, she also posses abilities that relate to light and water.

Abilities: Science Mind - Quite knowledgeable in technology, engineering, robotics, cybernetics and space.

Appearance: His 'passing form' is that of an old, six-armed man with dark skin and brilliant eyes of blue, and a large, round head of hair. His true form is that of an eastern dragon, coloured with blue and gold scales, with flaming white eyes.

Backstory: A powerful Mystic who has lived for ten-thousand years. Who has seen things and learned things that some species find unfathomable. He has reincarnated into many roles. He has been a warrior, an author, and even an Arbiter, which he carries over into his everyday life. What would someone so powerful and great want to do in Endless City?

Abilities: Like a stronger version of Sheera's abilities, plus the knowledge he has acquired over his lifetime which includes weather and elemental control, and the 'sight' to comprehend and behold an Eldritch or a 'Truth'. Can also manipulate spacetime.

Backstory: Talia is a grandmother of four from Idaho. She lived on a ranch, and spends most of her free time baking, and knitting. Underneath that warm and somewhat placid exterior, however, lies the 100m Women's gold medalist at the 1972 Olympics.

Abilities: She bakes VERY good cookies.

Unless you've been inside the City, you wouldn't know about it. And if you tried to talk to someone or prove it existed, you couldn't unless the city was going to draw them in somehow anyway.
